About the Project

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Business Analyst with a strong business analysis background, solid technical understanding, and Scrum Master certification.

The role combines Agile leadership with business analysis responsibilities, supporting development teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery and rollout of technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and support the Core Team in delivering planned work
• Coordinate Agile processes and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Handle L3/L4 support tickets and assist with issue resolution
• Test bug fixes as well as technical and functional enhancements
• Prepare functional specifications for technical studies and development initiatives
• Coordinate application rollouts with business stakeholders across multiple markets
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master with a business analysis background
• Scrum Master certification (mandatory)
