Sprinterra is growing, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, from enterprise solutions to startup initiatives, and contributing to both project execution and business development.

As a key team member, you will be involved in pre-sales activities, project analysis, documentation, and process improvement. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear requirements, structured workflows, and well-defined deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre-sales activities by helping define project scope, gathering requirements, and contributing to proposals and project estimations.
• Assist in creating case studies and presentations that showcase Sprinterra's expertise and success stories.
• Work with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as a Business Analyst across multiple projects, ensuring well-documented business and functional requirements.
• Develop project documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and wireframes.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with development teams to refine scope and define priorities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance business analysis processes, improve efficiency, and extract meaningful insights.
• Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams, clarifying requirements and managing expectations.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency and scalability.
• Work across multiple industries, including Finance, Real Estate, and Healthcare, to enhance domain expertise.
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between project goals and business objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and developers to create seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.
• Experience in pre-sales, including writing proposals, case studies, and estimating projects.
• Strong technical background (experience in software development, system analysis, or QA is a plus).
• Industry experience in Finance is required; Real Estate or Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics or a desire to use AI for process improvement.
• Excellent English and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present findings and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
