We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with stakeholders, product, and delivery teams — turning business needs into clear requirements and effective software solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.

  This is a fully remote role.

  Responsibilities

  - Gather and clarify requirements using interviews, workshops, document analysis, and other elicitation techniques.

  - Analyze business processes and data, and translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

  - Create and maintain epics, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  - Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies in requirements.

  - Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, designers, developers, and QA.

  - Create process flows and system diagrams using UML, BPMN, or similar.

  - Manage requirements scope and support solution validation and user acceptance testing.

  - Help ensure requirements account for healthcare compliance and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA/PHI).

  Requirements

  - At least 2 years of professional Business Analyst experience on software projects.

  - Experience in the healthcare domain (health tech, payers/claims, clinical/EHR, life sciences, or similar).

  - Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.

  - Understanding of AI-powered products or Agentic AI solutions.

  - Practical experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban).

  - Experience creating diagrams using UML, BPMN, or similar notation.

  - Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

  - Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team, with excellent written and verbal English.

  Nice to Have

  - Familiarity with healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) or claims/payer workflows.

  - SQL experience.

  - Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.

  - Experience with Jira and Confluence.
