We are looking for a recruiter who thrives on hands-on work today and aspires to become a Lead Recruiter in the next couple of years. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and an advanced level of English (C1).
What You’ll Do
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles: sourcing candidates creatively, conducting interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and native English—speaking clients to shape ideal candidate profiles, while learning to challenge assumptions and raise the bar for every hire.
- Continuously experiment with sourcing tools, channels, and processes — improving and aligning them with company strategy.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, recommending process improvements that drive results.
- Contribute to employer branding, candidate journey improvements, and engagement initiatives.
- Actively grow your own practice by joining recruiting communities, building mentor relationships, and staying curious about new methods.
- Take on small strategic initiatives (such as employer branding, metrics, or candidate journey improvements) to prepare yourself for future leadership.
What Growth Looks Like
- Year 1: Master hands-on recruiting at S&F. Fill roles effectively, refine processes and tools, and establish yourself as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership.
- Year 2+: Step into a Lead Recruiter role and join the S&F leadership team: mentoring newer recruiters, owning metrics, and helping design the future of our People function.
- Along the way, you’ll receive ongoing feedback, participate in developmental programs, and be supported in pursuing external learning (e.g. recruiter guilds, conferences, or mentorship networks).
What We Value
- Curiosity about people and systems — seeing each hire as part of the bigger picture.
- Hunger to grow — you want to become more than you are today.
- Comfort with feedback — using it as fuel to improve.
- Willingness to balance hands-on execution now with long-term ambition.
- Engagement with the broader recruiting craft — following trends, learning from peers, and contributing back to communities.
Why You Might Love This Role
More
This is a role for someone who enjoys the craft of recruiting and sees it as a stepping stone to leadership. You’ll have autonomy, support, and a clear path to grow into Lead Recruiter. If you’re looking for stability without growth, this may not be the right fit — but if you want to build yourself as you build a company, we’d love to talk. -

Project Coordinator

This role is for someone early in their PM path who learns quickly and takes ownership naturally. You'll start by supporting delivery across multiple projects, working alongside Julia Ostaf, Lead PM. Where you go from there depends on how you show up.
The role starts part-time (around 50%) and ramps to full-time within 2–3 months as you take on more.
The work
You'll coordinate delivery across several smaller projects: tracking scope, clarifying priorities, keeping things moving. You'll communicate with clients regularly, first with support, then increasingly on your own.
This includes managing tasks and timelines, joining client calls, surfacing risks early, and creating structure when things get unclear. You'll work with small cross-functional teams (tech lead, QA, engineers) and make sure everyone has what they need.
Our clients are purpose-driven organizations: nonprofits, foundations, mission-focused businesses (healthcare, edtech, leadership). They care about what they're building. Projects range from short engagements to long-term partnerships. Tech stacks include WordPress, Drupal, Laravel, and mobile. Clients are US-based, so expect calls during US morning hours (EST).
Who tends to thrive here
You're organized and reliable. You communicate clearly and translate messy situations into aligned plans. You think in systems and look for ways to improve how things work, not just complete tasks.
You bring warmth to your interactions. Clients enjoy working with you. You build trust naturally and make collaboration feel easy.
You're curious about your own growth and open to direct feedback. You take initiative and hold yourself accountable.
Must-have: Strong English (C1), solid understanding of software delivery and Agile, organizational rigor, proactive communication.
Nice-to-have: Background in BA, QA, or development. Exposure to US clients. Agency or small-team experience.
How we work
We're a Deliberately Developmental Organization. Feedback is constant and direct. Your growth edges are discussed openly. We'll set clear expectations for 30, 60, and 90 days and evaluate together.
This works well for people who want honest feedback and real ownership. If that sounds energizing, we'll probably enjoy working together.
What we offer
- Meaningful work with clients who care about impact
- Clear growth path with honest feedback
- Partnership culture and adult-to-adult communication
- Flexible hours, remote-first, paid vacation
- Coaching, development programs, therapy reimbursement, English lessons
- Commission incentives as your scope grows
