Our mission is to increase the importance of design in the development of digital products. Now, we are looking for a skilled Strong Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Timely creation of high-quality web/mobile interfaces;
- Conducting research to improve the user experience;
- Presenting solutions to clients;
- Collaborating with managers, clients, and colleagues;
- Being part of projects from concept to completion;
- Creating and curating internal work for the studio (Behance).
Required skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design;
- Up-to-date portfolio showcasing mobile and web interfaces (3+ projects);
- Proficiency with tools: Figma, FigJam;
- Confident use of AI tools (text, image, video, audio, interactive prototypes);
- Experience with research and UX methods: navigation maps, information architecture, competitor analysis, CJM, UX Audit;
- Advanced use of Figma features: components, styles, variants, variables, auto layout, etc.;
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, composition);
- Ability to deliver tasks within deadlines;
- English level at least B1.
Soft skills:
- Accountability, punctuality, sincerity;
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly express thoughts and find common ground with others;
- Aesthetic perception and the ability to create visually appealing solutions;
- Willingness for self-improvement and learning new tools;
