    Your role:

    • Create and execute effective sales strategies specifically tailored for the US market to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Follow up on inbound leads and set up initial meetings with the CTO.
    • Initiate conversations with potential clients through outbound actions, including emails and calls.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions and services.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, development, and project managers teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

     

     What we expect from you:

    • You’re not just looking for a job – you’re looking to build a career in Sales
    • 1+ years of SDR / Outreach / Lead Generation experience
    • English (B2+) – confident written & spoken communication
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
    • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo.io, and HubSpot – a plus
