About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong trading domain expertise to lead the Discovery Phase of a product initiative.

This role requires hands-on experience with AI-assisted documentation frameworks (Spec-kit / BMAD) and deep understanding of trading products, strategies, and asset classes.

You will drive structured discovery, translate complex trading concepts into clear product requirements, and help shape a scalable, well-defined MVP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured workshops with stakeholders and development teams
• Maintain regular communication to gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements
• Analyze existing proof of concepts and available documentation
• Deliver structured analysis of product positioning, target users, and competitive landscape
• Translate business needs into:
  • Product structures
  • User stories
  • Use cases
  • Epics and MVP scope
  • Roadmap aligned with business goals
• Create comprehensive Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
• Use AI-assisted documentation flows (Spec-kit / BMAD frameworks) to structure and optimize requirement creation
• Model business processes using BPMN and other standard notations
• Apply UML and architectural understanding to ensure technical clarity
• Collaborate with UX designers or independently create interactive prototypes (preferably in Axure RP) to visualize and refine user journeys

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in software development environments)
• Proven experience using AI-assisted documentation frameworks (Spec-kit / BMAD)
• Strong background in the trading domain (assets, strategies, trading workflows)
• Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies and Agile delivery principles

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in .NET Core and Angular to help stabilize, modernize, and scale a multi-phase digital platform.

This role involves both improving existing systems and delivering new functionality within a structured roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core
• Build and enhance frontend applications using Angular
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable APIs and business logic
• Audit and improve existing codebases for performance, stability, and security
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize database queries and system performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning

The Role in a Nutshell

This is not a pure research position.

You’ll work on improving production AI systems through structured evaluation, diagnosing failures, refining prompts and agent workflows, and designing measurable improvements.

You won’t be working in isolation — you’ll improve systems that users depend on daily.

AI Evaluation & System Quality (Core Responsibility)

• Design evaluation strategies for LLM and agent workflows
• Define metrics and KPIs for AI system performance
• Build and maintain evaluation datasets

• Run structured experiments and measure real impact

This is a central part of the role.

Multi-Agent AI Systems

• Improve agent orchestration and workflows
• Diagnose failures across agent pipelines
• Refine system prompts and agent interactions
• Improve reliability, latency, and output quality

Applied ML Areas (Depth > Breadth)

You’ll contribute to one or more of the following areas:

• Recommendation systems (ranking & personalization)
• Itinerary optimization & constraint-based planning
• LLM-based reasoning systems
• (Optional) Computer vision pipelines

Depth in at least one of these areas is more important than shallow experience in many.

Engineering Environment

We use:

• Golang (primary production language)
• Python for ML workflows
• Postgres, Redis, internal services

You don’t need to be a Go expert on day one, but you must be comfortable reading and modifying production code.

Backend engineers own infrastructure-heavy services — your focus is on AI system behavior, correctness, and measurable improvement.

Position Overview

This is not a traditional engineering role. We are building products with an AI-first mindset, where Claude Code is the primary tool for writing code. Your job is to guide the AI, review its output, make architectural decisions, and ship reliable features fast.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Own features end-to-end: specification, generation, deployment, and bug fixes
• Use Claude Code to generate SvelteKit frontend and Golang backend code
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and architectural fit
• Fix bugs to learn the codebase, then rapidly build new features
• Decide what to build, buy, or generate with AI
• Talk directly to customers when issues arise and ship fixes the same day

Завдання завжди різноманітні. Як і в будь-якому проєкті, у нас є багфікси (без цього нікуди), багато задач з удосконалення вже існуючого функціоналу, а також постійна розробка нових модулів (один із яких, імовірно, будете вести ви).

До ваших обов’язків входитиме робота з різними типами звітів — як динамічними, так і статичними, інвойсами, сейлз-ордерами, платежами, скасуваннями платежів, а також розслідування фінансових помилок.

Вимоги до кандидата

• 5+ років комерційного досвіду з фреймворком Yii2
• Обов’язковий досвід розробки Billing / Invoice software
• Розуміння того, як працюють бухгалтерські проводки
• Знання SQL
• Володіння англійською мовою (навіть якщо розмовна англійська поки слабка, буде можливість її покращити, спілкуючись із product owner)
