About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Director / Unreal Engine Team Lead to lead the technical development of the next generation of interactive live casino experiences.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a people-management position. You will remain actively involved in development while owning the technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards of the Unreal Engine platform.

A core part of the product vision is building highly realistic digital humans powered by MetaHuman, motion capture, procedural systems, and AI-driven behaviors that can naturally interact with players in real time.

You'll work closely with gameplay engineers, technical artists, animators, and product leadership to build a scalable production platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead the technical development of a large-scale Unreal Engine platform
• Define architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical direction
• Remain hands-on with Unreal Engine and C++ development
• Design and implement gameplay systems for interactive live experiences
• Build scalable multiplayer and networking systems
• Integrate real-time streaming technologies (WebRTC and similar)
• Connect gameplay systems with MetaHuman behavior, animation, and motion capture
• Collaborate with animation and technical art teams to deliver realistic digital humans
• Optimize Unreal Engine performance (CPU, GPU, memory, rendering)
• Develop internal tools and workflows that improve production efficiency
• Mentor and technically guide Unreal Engine developers
• Work closely with the Head of Gaming on technical strategy and roadmap

Must-Have Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience with Unreal Engine
• Expert-level C++ development
• Experience with UE5 (preferably UE5.5/UE5.6)

Senior 3D Hair Artist (MetaHuman / Unreal Engine)

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality, photorealistic hair and hairstyles for digital human characters
• Own the complete hair grooming pipeline from concept references to production-ready assets
• Create and refine scalp hair, hairlines, flyaways, eyebrows, and other fine details
• Produce multiple hairstyle variations for different characters
• Ensure realistic appearance across different camera angles and lighting conditions
• Prepare and optimize hair assets for MetaHuman and Unreal Engine
• Collaborate closely with character, face, body, rigging, and animation teams
• Troubleshoot visual and technical issues related to digital hair
• Balance visual fidelity with real-time performance requirements
• Maintain consistent quality across the character library

Requirements

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in the Bitcoin protocol to join a long-term project building institutional-grade Bitcoin wallet and custody infrastructure.

This is not a general blockchain role. We’re looking for engineers with real production experience working with Bitcoin, including transaction construction, UTXO management, multi-signature workflows, fee optimization, and wallet infrastructure at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop secure Bitcoin wallet infrastructure
• Build and maintain transaction construction and signing workflows (PSBT, SegWit)
• Implement UTXO management, balance tracking, and wallet recovery mechanisms
• Develop multi-signature coordination and signing flows
