The role

You own the page: what goes out, when, and how it performs. That includes producing content yourself, and video is the biggest part of it - Reels, TikToks and Shorts, filmed and edited by you.
 

Not everything on the page will be made by you. Influencers, our design team and the rest of the content team also produce material for it. Your job is to decide what gets used, how it fits together, and what the account looks like as a whole.
 

You'll also watch the numbers and the market: what performed and why, what competitors and global crypto accounts are doing, which formats are worth bringing over.
 

What we are looking for

• Understanding of the crypto industry. You follow it and you know what the community is talking about. Required
• Experience creating Instagram content with video at the center of it
• You film and edit yourself.
• You can read analytics and draw conclusions from them, not just export a screenshot
• Good grip on current formats and trends, and a sense of which ones are worth using
• Comfortable filming in public and with people
• Native Ukrainian, and enough English to read a brief and follow global crypto media
• Able to work fast, since most of this content is tied to what happened that week
   

Nice to have

• Experience running Threads or TikTok as a main channel
• You appear on camera yourself, or you're good at finding people who will
   

Location

Ukraine, Kyiv preferred for shoots. Remote possible if you can travel for filming.
 

What you will do

• Own the account: content plan, publishing, and how the page looks as a whole
• Produce video content for Instagram, TikTok and Threads, from idea to published
• Work with the text formats alongside video: Threads, captions, community posts
• Brief and integrate content coming from influencers, designers and the rest of the team
• Track analytics and report monthly on what worked, what didn't, and what changes next
• Monitor competitors and global crypto accounts, and bring back formats worth testing
• Work with our SMM, design, community and KOL teams on campaigns, events and launches

Hundreds of foreign manufacturers want to be in Ukraine and almost none of them know how. That gap is our business, and this role is the front of it.

The role

You close deals. Foreign manufacturers looking at Ukraine come to you warm from our outreach team, and you take them from the first call to a signed engagement. You also stay with the account afterwards, so the client you signed is the client you keep.

You will not be cold-writing to strangers all day. Our outreach department generates and qualifies most of the flow. But the best deals usually come from a person's own network, and we expect you to work yours as well.

Our analysts build the material behind you. The founders join the calls that need them.

What we are looking for

• An existing network. Ideally in defence. A strong network in tech is also valuable if you can carry it across
• 2+ years in B2B business development, sales or partnerships, with deals you closed yourself
• A defence background is a strong plus but not a condition. A general understanding of the industry is enough to start
• Fluent English. You will write to CEOs and COOs every day
• Native Ukrainian
• Ability to understand a technical product fast and explain it without jargon

Location. 

Ukraine preferred, equally open to Ukrainians anywhere in the world.

What you will do

• Close engagements with foreign manufacturers entering Ukraine
• Work the pipeline our outreach team builds, and add to it from your own network
• Run first calls, understand the product and the commercial goal behind it
• Work with our analysts to turn that into a proposal and a counterpart memorandum
• Stay with signed clients and support the account as the work runs
• Represent DARC at European defence exhibitions
