Solu is an AI-powered assistant for solo service professionals (beauty, fitness, photography, coaching, and others). The product already has a working version, and now we are scaling it further — improving UX, adding features, and preparing for growth.
Besides Solu, you may occasionally work on other projects within our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality React Native features end-to-end (from scoping to release in App Store/Google Play).
- Ensure app performance, stability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with design and backend engineers to build clean, maintainable solutions.
- Set and follow best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and architecture.
Contribute to technical decisions, mentor less experienced engineers, and proactively suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of React Native experience in production apps.
- Strong skills in TypeScript, React Native ecosystem, and state/data management (Redux, React Query, RTK, or similar).
- Good understanding of native modules, iOS/Android build tools (Xcode, Gradle).
- Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD for mobile.
English level: B1+ (confident communication).
Nice to have
- Experience with Expo, OTA updates (CodePush).
- Native iOS/Android (Swift/Kotlin) for custom modules.
- Backend exposure (Node.js/TypeScript, Firebase, GraphQL).
- Experience with analytics, A/B testing, in-app purchases.
- Experience with publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.
