We are looking for a Senior Devops / Platform Technical lead with a strong hands-on engineering background to join an international product development team for a UK-based client in the RegTech sector. Our client is a leader in financial compliance technology, building a cloud-native platform that helps businesses manage, analyze and secure communication data across multiple channels
 

What You'll Do:
 

• Design, implement and manage secure, scalable and high-performance cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and execute a cloud strategy that aligns with business and security requirements
• Evaluate and integrate appropriate cloud services and technologies.
• Establish best practices for cloud security, monitoring and cost management.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and performance in the cloud environment
• Stay updated on cloud trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
   

Requirements:
 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Senior Devops / Platform Technical lead/Cloud Architecture or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure. AWS or Google Cloud platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking
• Experience in cloud cost management
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX and experience designing complex, compliance-driven products. This is a great opportunity for a creative professional who wants to contribute to building impactful digital solutions in the RegTech domain for a global product team

What You'll Do:

• Creating clean, user-friendly interface designs for web-based compliance and telecom solutions.
• Turning concepts into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI mockups.
• Running user research sessions and usability tests to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Collaborating with product managers to ensure design aligns with business priorities and regulatory needs.
• Working closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff and practical implementation.
• Embedding compliance and legal standards into the design without sacrificing usability.
• Maintaining and evolving a unified design system across multiple products.
• Keeping up with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
• Proactively suggesting design improvements based on competitive analysis and user behavior
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles, ideally in telecommunications or compliance-driven industries.
• Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience designing within regulated environments, where legal and policy constraints must be considered.
• Ability to create and test wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like InVision, Axure, etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English - advanced or above
   

Nice to Have:

• Background working within Agile product teams and experience collaborating across distributed teams.
• Exposure to telecom systems, compliance UI patterns, or complex data visualization.
• Experience building and scaling design systems for multi-product platforms.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to better collaborate with development teams
