Main Responsibilities:
- Lead outbound communication - Engage potential customers directly through LinkedIn and Upwork messaging.
- Schedule Meetings — Engage with potential leads, negotiate initial interest, and set up meetings to discuss possible cooperation.
- With proven results, you’ll be promoted to leading meetings with potential customers and managing early-stage negotiations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or client communication in the IT realm;
- English: B2, C1;
- Skill to engage users to the meaningful conversations.
- Systematic approach.
We expect you to make daily quote without exceptions!
Key Daily Results:
We expect you to make such number of messages and videos:
- 30 new messages (50% custom) per day to relevant LinkedIn leads.
- 20 follow-ups per day (20% custom) to previously contacted leads.
- 7 personalized intro videos per day (duration: 3 - 4 minutes via Loom) for LinkedIn and Upwork leads.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and product wwners, Developers to create UX&UI Design of mobile and web applications;
- Design user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in Figma
- Translate business goals and technical constraints into clean, user-friendly designs
- Conduct UX research and support usability improvements throughout product iterations
