    SoftPeak is looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build direct communication with potential customers on LinkedIn and Upwork.

     

    Main Responsibilities:

     

    • Lead outbound communication - Engage potential customers directly through LinkedIn and Upwork messaging.
    • Schedule Meetings — Engage with potential leads, negotiate initial interest, and set up meetings to discuss possible cooperation.
       
    • With proven results, you’ll be promoted to leading meetings with potential customers and managing early-stage negotiations.

     

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or client communication in the IT realm;
    • English: B2, C1;
    • Skill to engage users to the meaningful conversations.
    • Systematic approach. 
      We expect you to make daily quote without exceptions!

     

     

     

    Key Daily Results:

    We expect you to make such number of messages and videos:

     

    • 30 new messages (50% custom) per day to relevant LinkedIn leads.
    • 20 follow-ups per day (20% custom) to previously contacted leads.
    • 7 personalized intro videos per day (duration: 3 - 4 minutes via Loom) for LinkedIn and Upwork leads.

    You’ll be working on custom web and mobile applications for startups and SMBs across different industries.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of commercial experience in UX&UI Design
    • English level B2+
    • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design
    • Proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, prototyping)
    • Ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
    • Understanding of usability principles and user-centered design

       

    Responsibilities:
