- Market Research: Identify target companies and key decision-makers within our core industries (Fintech, eCommerce, Logistics, etc.) in the US and European markets.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, web research) to build qualified lead lists.
- Outreach: Craft compelling personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn) to initiate conversations and generate interest in services.
- Qualification: Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in CRM.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional messages.
