We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to drive growth through multiple channels. You will lead social, paid, and partnership strategies for Smartist, the #1 art visualization app on the market.

What You’ll Do 🛠️

• Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with art and design influencers to drive authentic brand advocacy.
• Affiliate Program: Build and scale our affiliate network, negotiating commissions and tracking performance to maximize revenue.
• Social Strategy: Manage social media channels and content to drive organic engagement.
• Paid Ads: Lead paid advertising efforts (Meta) to maximize ROI.
• Retention: Execute push and email campaigns to nurture and retain users.
• Analytics: Track campaign performance (ROAS, CPA) and optimize based on data.

What You’ll Need 🧠

• Experience: Proven track record in social media, influencer management, and affiliate marketing.
• Partnerships: Strong negotiation skills and experience managing creator relationships.
• Paid & CRM: Background in Paid Advertising (Meta) and retention tools (Push/Email).
• Communication: Fluent English with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.

We are looking for a hybrid Product Manager / Data Analyst to own the roadmap, dig into the data, and manage delivery for Smartist. You will sit at the intersection of art and technology, driving growth for the leading art marketing app in the creator economy.

 

What You’ll Do 🛠️

• Strategy: Define product direction using data, research, and market insights.
• Analytics: Track and optimize core KPIs (LTV, CAC, Retention) and funnels.
• Execution: Manage the roadmap and lead engineering/design to delivery.
• Growth: Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion and monetization.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate event tracking (Amplitude, Adapty, etc.).
  
   

What You’ll Need 🧠

• 4+ years in Mobile Product Management.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude, Adapty, and OneSignal.
• Ability to manage project timelines and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and business).
