We operate in the FinTech/trading domain, running a data-intensive platform that processes millions of real-time events. The environment is low-latency, high-load and engineered for continuous availability.

We’re building a high-performance cryptocurrency trading platform and looking for a Strong Middle Java Engineer to help us develop and scale the core backend systems powering real-time trading operations.
You’ll work on latency-sensitive, high-throughput services responsible for processing large volumes of market and trading events in real time. The role requires solid backend engineering fundamentals, attention to performance and reliability, and the ability to work comfortably in distributed systems with demanding uptime requirements.
You’ll be involved in designing and developing microservices, improving system scalability, optimizing data flows, and contributing to the platform’s overall stability. We value engineers who write clean, maintainable code, take ownership of their work, and can operate effectively in a fast-moving engineering environment.
Our stack is heavily focused on Java and modern backend technologies, running in a cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes and event-driven architecture patterns.

Responsibilities
• Development and design of a semi-crical microservices.

Requirements
• 5 years of experience as a Java Engineer.
• Experience with Java 18+.
• Computer science fundamentals (algorithms and data structures).
• Spring Boot/Hibernate applications development.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with message brokers.
• Leveraging of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Amazon Kiro) as part of the daily engineering workflow.
• It would be great to have a hands-on experience with the Hazelcast platform.
• Master’s degree focused on Computer Science or a similar specialization.

Nice to Have
• Experience working with high-load or real-time systems.
• Streaming Technologies (Apache Flink, Hazelcast Platform).

We’re building a high-performance cryptocurrency trading platform and looking for a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer to own the reliability, resilience, and availability of the infrastructure behind our real-time trading system.

This role is heavily focused on platform stability and high availability. You’ll be responsible for designing and operating fault-tolerant AWS cloud and Kubernetes environments, improving disaster recovery and failover strategies, and ensuring the platform can handle high traffic and unpredictable market conditions without downtime. We need someone who is deeply familiar with production operations in mission-critical environments where reliability, latency, and recovery time matter.
You’ll work on infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response and performance optimization, helping the engineering organization ship safely while maintaining strict uptime standards. A strong infrastructure-as-code mindset, operational ownership, and experience building HA systems at scale are essential.

Responsibilities

• Designing and operating fault-tolerant AWS cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Improving disaster recovery and failover strategies.
• Ensuring the platform can handle high traffic and unpredictable market conditions without downtime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE.
• Deep, hands-on AWS experience — VPC design, EKS, ECS, Api Gateway, MSK, AmazonMQ, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, and related services in production.
• Exposure to security tooling: vulnerability scanning, secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager), and audit logging.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise — cluster management, Helm, resource optimization, RBAC, and troubleshooting in real production workloads.
• Networking, Load Balancing.
• Virtual Machines (Linux).
• Infrastructure-as-code fluency — Terraform or equivalent; version-controlled, peer-reviewed infrastructure changes.
• Logging, Monitoring.
• Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with multi-region or multi-AZ deployment strategies and automated failover patterns.
• Leveraging of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Amazon Kiro) as part of the daily engineering workflow.
• Master’s degree focused on Computer Science/ Systems/Networks or similar specialization.

Nice to Have

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Kafka in production — topic management, consumer group monitoring, offset management, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ in production — cluster management, exchanges/channels/connections management and performance tuning.
• Experience with service mesh tooling (Cilium preferred) for inter-service observability and traffic management.
• GitOps experience (ArgoCD is preferred).

   Responsibilities

• Legal expertise of purchase and sale agreements, supply of goods, contracting, agency, distribution agreements, loan agreements, license agreements, SaaS, PaaS agreements, etc.
• Advising management on M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions, preparation of corporate contracts and documents.
• Preparation, review, and legal analysis of constituent documents (charters, regulations, internal rules), and other documents of the executive bodies of enterprises.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate procedures in accordance with legislative requirements.
• Development of documentation related to compliance with legislative requirements for personal data processing (consents, notifications); development and legal expertise of agreements related to personal data processing (DPA, SCC), and intra-group agreements.
• Development and legal expertise of internal regulatory documents of an imperative (policies) and advisory (instructions, guidelines) nature related to personal data processing.
• Advising internal stakeholders on personal data protection legislation, assessment of business processes and new products/practices related to personal data processing.

• Advising on the development, modification, and application of internal regulatory documents for group companies.
• Monitoring of legislative changes in domain areas affecting group companies in the Cyprus jurisdiction; timely reporting of such changes to senior management.
• Analysis of identified legislative changes with reports on their possible impact on the group's activities.
• Development, analysis, and updating of employment contracts and supplementary agreements.
• Advising on the conclusion, modification, and termination of employment contracts.
• Providing legal advice to employees and management on compliance with labor legislation.
• Preparation of documents for hiring (contracts, resolutions, etc.) and dismissal procedures (including employer initiative or staff reduction).
• Preparation of claims and conducting negotiations for pre-trial dispute settlements.
• Analysis of counterparty claims and preparation of responses.
• Implementation of measures to minimize litigation risks.

• Advising management on operations with virtual assets, their issuance, circulation, and specific regulatory requirements in selected jurisdictions.

   

   Job requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as the in-house lawyer or legal counsel (or combined) in holding companies.
• Expertise in Commercial Law, also Сorporate Law, Data Privacy Law.
• EU diploma in Law or equial qualification from the EU/UK university recognised in Cyprus.

• Knowledge of Languages: English - B2 strong- C1 , Ukrainian will be an advantage.
