We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in Software Engineering to join our team and lead the unification of our data platform.

Responsibilities:

— Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
— Implement and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines to seamlessly ingest data from source systems into the data platform.
— Design and evolve data models using the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) within the Databricks Lakehouse.
— Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.
— Optimize complex SQL queries and Spark jobs to guarantee high performance, reliability, and data quality at scale.
— Take full ownership of pipeline development end-to-end, communicating directly with stakeholders to refine requirements.
— Collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and product teams as we expand into analytics, dashboards, ML/AI, and real-time processing.
 

Requirements:

— 6+ years of overall software/data engineering experience, with a solid foundation as a Software Engineer who transitioned into data.
— Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
— Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark and Databricks.
— Hands-on experience implementing and managing Change Data Capture (CDC) and streaming pipelines.
— Practical knowledge of Databricks Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, and dimensional data modeling (Star Schema, Kimball).
— Practical experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform.
— High level of autonomy and accountability — ability to own tasks from ideation through to completion.
— Strong product mindset with a clear understanding of business value.
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
— Ukrainian: Native.
 

Nice to have:

— Financial domain knowledge (capital markets, brokerage, or trading operations).
— Hands-on experience with Apache Beam or Apache Flink.

We are looking for a Middle Business Central Developer with solid understanding of ERP business processes, hands-on experience in the cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strong AI development skills in an international environment. The ideal candidate can design and deliver scalable extensions, integrations, and optimizations while collaborating cross-functionally and maintaining high code quality standards on the Microsoft platform.
 

Responsibilities

• Development, support, and improvement of solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, considering business needs and user functional requirements.
• Creation and maintenance of extensions using the AL language, including integrations with external systems and services.
• Participation in designing the architecture of new modules and functionality, as well as optimization of existing processes in the BC system.
• Configuration of business logic, data processing procedures, and process automation within the ERP system.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and updating solutions according to changes in business requirements or regulatory environment.
• Ensuring code quality according to internal standards, documenting changes and implemented solutions.
• Providing technical support to key users, participating in resolving incidents and requests related to BC functionality.
• Collaboration with analysts, system administrators, and other teams to integrate Business Central with Power BI, DMS, payroll solutions, etc.
• Participation in implementation projects for new companies, adapting the system to local legislation, currencies, and reporting requirements.
• Proposing improvements to technical solutions, optimizing system performance, and supporting ERP architecture scalability.
  
   

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working with the cloud version of Business Central. 
• Knowledge of AL (Application Language) - the core programming language for Business Central development. 
• Understanding of the BC / NAV object model - including tables, pages, reports, events, and subscribers. 
• Experience in creating extensions - including work with Events & Subscribers. 
• Understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchasing) - to implement ERP logic effectively. 
• Proficiency in Visual Studio Code + AL Extension - the main development environment. 
• Knowledge of SQL - for data navigation, table analysis, and testing. 
• Ukrainian (fluent) and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). 
  
   

Nice to Have: 

• Knowledge of API, OData, SOAP/REST - desirable for integrating ERP with other systems. 
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, GIT - desirable for teamwork and version control. 
• Familiarity with testing, logging, and Unit Tests in BC - desirable if the company uses automated testing. 
• Understanding of data structures for integration with Power BI / DMS / Excel - desirable for cross-team collaboration. 
• Knowledge of older NAV versions or migration experience - an advantage if version upgrades are planned. 
• Completion of specialized courses and/or relevant certifications will be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead Trading Platform to own and lead our core trading infrastructure. In this role, you will act as the technical and operational lead for the Trading Platform direction, overseeing 4 engineering teams. You will bridge strong technical authority with people leadership, driving core re-architecture programs while growing engineering leads and ensuring high-delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

— Own the target architecture of the Trading Platform direction: Market Data, OMS/EMS, WPF trading terminal and news streaming — within the company-wide architectural principles, including design reviews, the ADR register and final say on architectural decisions local to the direction.
— Lead the two ongoing full re-architecture programmes of Market Data and OMS/EMS, including migration staging, dual-run and reconciliation strategy, transition criteria, rollback planning and delivery without interruption of the trading session.
— Lead and develop four Engineering Leads, including one-on-ones, goal setting, performance management, development plans, calibration of their teams’ performance reviews, compensation proposals, hiring and separation.
— Own delivery predictability across four teams, including planning, capacity management, delivery and quality metrics, and regular reporting to the Head of Engineering.
— Own the engineering bar of the direction, including coding standards, code review practices, definition of done, and technical debt management across the teams.
— Oversee production operations of the direction, including release management, SLA compliance, incident response, and post-mortem follow-through; coordinate the work of the development teams with L2 support.
— Act as the primary technical point of contact for business, product, design, QA and SRE within the Trading Platform direction: architecture, technical solutions, feasibility and implementation approach — how things will be built. Scope and priorities remain with the product vertical.
— Own the direction budget and technical roadmap, including headcount planning, vendor and infrastructure decisions within approved limits, and quarterly and annual goal setting.
 

Requirements:

— Production experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems — market data and/or order routing and execution — at a scale comparable to billions of messages per trading session and thousands of messages per second.
— Deep distributed systems expertise: consistency trade-offs, fault tolerance and failover, backpressure, state replication and recovery, determinism and replay, latency tail diagnostics.
— Proven experience leading a large migration or re-write of a system in production without business interruption, including dual-run, reconciliation and rollback strategies.
— С# or python or C++ at a level sufficient to read code, run design reviews and argue technical decisions on the merits with senior engineers. Writing production code is not part of the role.
— At least 2 years of managing managers — one or more team leads with their own teams as direct reports. Managing a single team of engineers does not meet this requirement.
— Demonstrated experience growing an engineer into a team lead, and handling a team lead who was not performing.
— Experience in an environment with L2 on-call, SLA commitments and formal incident management, including building a blameless post-mortem culture.
— People management practices: performance management, development of managers, hiring, capacity planning and prioritization.

— FIX protocol, multicast market data feeds, exchange market data protocols, kernel bypass / user-space networking.
— WPF or other desktop client experience.

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer who is collaborative, has a product mindset, and is reliable. 

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and maintain backend features in Python 3.x + Django (incl. DRF) with solid tests (pytest).
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas/queries; own data migrations and performance tuning. Integrate and maintain external services (payments, email, auth, storage), with secure, idempotent APIs.
• Implement background jobs with Celery/Redis, monitoring, and alerting.
• Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD, and engineering standards (linting, typing, docs).
• Diagnose production issues end-to-end (logs, metrics, traces) and drive root-cause fixes.

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Engineer and 3+years of experience with Django.
• Python 3.10+; Django 3.2/4.x; DRF; PostgreSQL (indexes, transactions, locking).
• Celery + Redis (tasks, retries, schedules).
• Testing culture (pytest, factory_boy, fixtures, coverage) and type hints (mypy/pyright).
• REST API design (versioning, pagination, error contracts, idempotency).
• Docker, basic Linux, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Observability: structured logging, metrics, basic tracing; using Sentry/Prometheus/Grafana.
• Security basics: OWASP Top 10, secrets management, least privilege.
