We are looking for a Brokerage Specialist based in Larnaca, Cyprus (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and brokerage services.

• Provide detailed information and support regarding investment products, trade execution, and account maintenance.

• Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments if necessary.

• Monitor client positions and account statuses, including uploading client fund values to the web interface. Coordinate with the Operations and Trading departments on client account and transaction issues.

• Oversee and maintain the performance of trading software.

• Receive and transmit client trading orders through trading platforms (applicable only to candidates with a CySEC certificate and based in Cyprus).

• Communicate with external service vendors regarding trading and brokerage matters.

• Troubleshoot emergency cases with external vendors.

• Monitor and assess client risk limits based on the provided methodology.

• Receive and properly record client orders in relation to one or more financial instruments.

• Execute client orders in accordance with order parameters (price, quantity, etc.) determined by the client.

Requirements

• Experience in any kind of tech support, preferably in CIFs.

• Experience working with a ticketing system; Jira Service Management will be an advantage.

• Good to have experience in the banking or finance sector.

Pine Software Technology Ltd is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. The company provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products designed to support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis.

 

As a Middle General QA (C#) you will be responsible for validating the end-to-end reliability, speed, and accuracy of our backend news data ingestion and processing pipelines. You will design automated C# tests from scratch, monitor data integrity across multiple protocols, and collaborate closely with developers to debug issues and optimize overall system performance.

Responsibilities: 

* Perform manual and automated testing of backend services responsible for data ingestion, parsing, and aggregation (news feeds).

* Validate data processing pipelines: parsing, normalization, enrichment, and delivery of aggregated data.

* Analyze and test product requirements (functional and non-functional), with focus on data consistency, latency, and fault tolerance.

* Design and implement automated tests for backend services using C# (API / service-level testing).

* Participate in building and evolving the test automation framework from scratch.

* Test integrations with external data sources across different protocols.

* Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, data validation scenarios.

* Validate correctness and completeness of parsed data (content, timestamps, formats, duplicates, edge cases).

* Record, track, and manage bugs in Jira with detailed logs, payloads, and expected vs actual behavior.

* Collaborate closely with developers on debugging parsing issues and data inconsistencies.

* Participate in sprint activities (planning, grooming, retrospectives) from a QA perspective.

Requirements: 

* 3+ years of experience in QA (manual + automation) in C# or Java.

* Understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, including their limitations and how to validate their output.

* Hands-on experience with AI assistants and agent tooling (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), including building reusable skills, prompt workflows, and connecting MCP servers.

* Practical experience applying AI in QA (test case and test data generation, log analysis, reproducing production issues, automating routine tasks).

* Practical experience with C# for test automation (API / gRPC / backend testing).

* Strong experience in API testing (REST/gRPC).

* Experience testing backend systems or data processing services.

* Understanding of data validation approaches (JSON, schemas, transformations).

* Ability to write SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY) for data verification.

* Experience working with logs and debugging backend issues.

Job requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in roles such as Head of Security, Director of Corporate Security or Enterprise Risk Manager within established organisations (mature mid-market or enterprise-level).
• Expertise: A deep understanding of how physical, operational, personnel and financial security function within a modern business.
• Management skills: Experience of building security processes, regulations and policies ‘from scratch’ or completely transforming them to suit the new scale of the business.
• Crisis management: Practical experience of incident handling and coordinating actions in stressful, uncertain situations.
• Business focus: Skills in engaging with executive stakeholders. The ability to defend budgets and decisions using the language of figures, risk analysis and business opportunities, rather than the language of ‘restrictions’.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead Trading Platform to own and lead our core trading infrastructure. In this role, you will act as the technical and operational lead for the Trading Platform direction, overseeing 4 engineering teams. You will bridge strong technical authority with people leadership, driving core re-architecture programs while growing engineering leads and ensuring high-delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

— Own the target architecture of the Trading Platform direction: Market Data, OMS/EMS, WPF trading terminal and news streaming — within the company-wide architectural principles, including design reviews, the ADR register and final say on architectural decisions local to the direction.
— Lead the two ongoing full re-architecture programmes of Market Data and OMS/EMS, including migration staging, dual-run and reconciliation strategy, transition criteria, rollback planning and delivery without interruption of the trading session.
— Lead and develop four Engineering Leads, including one-on-ones, goal setting, performance management, development plans, calibration of their teams’ performance reviews, compensation proposals, hiring and separation.
— Own delivery predictability across four teams, including planning, capacity management, delivery and quality metrics, and regular reporting to the Head of Engineering.
— Own the engineering bar of the direction, including coding standards, code review practices, definition of done, and technical debt management across the teams.
— Oversee production operations of the direction, including release management, SLA compliance, incident response, and post-mortem follow-through; coordinate the work of the development teams with L2 support.
— Act as the primary technical point of contact for business, product, design, QA and SRE within the Trading Platform direction: architecture, technical solutions, feasibility and implementation approach — how things will be built. Scope and priorities remain with the product vertical.
— Own the direction budget and technical roadmap, including headcount planning, vendor and infrastructure decisions within approved limits, and quarterly and annual goal setting.
 

Requirements:

— Production experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems — market data and/or order routing and execution — at a scale comparable to billions of messages per trading session and thousands of messages per second.
— Deep distributed systems expertise: consistency trade-offs, fault tolerance and failover, backpressure, state replication and recovery, determinism and replay, latency tail diagnostics.
— Proven experience leading a large migration or re-write of a system in production without business interruption, including dual-run, reconciliation and rollback strategies.
— С# or python or C++ at a level sufficient to read code, run design reviews and argue technical decisions on the merits with senior engineers. Writing production code is not part of the role.
— At least 2 years of managing managers — one or more team leads with their own teams as direct reports. Managing a single team of engineers does not meet this requirement.
— Demonstrated experience growing an engineer into a team lead, and handling a team lead who was not performing.
— Experience in an environment with L2 on-call, SLA commitments and formal incident management, including building a blameless post-mortem culture.
