We’re looking for a motivated Administrator Business Central to join our team, support users, and grow their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, take on new challenges, and deepen their skills in ERP administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Business Central user support, assisting with errors, access requests, or basic functional questions.
• Create, configure, and maintain user accounts, security roles, and permission sets.
• Manage access control for sandbox, test, and production environments, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Set up basic system parameters, maintain directories, journals, and job queue schedules.
• Support environment updates in coordination with developers and verify system functionality after upgrades.
• Monitor environment status: review event logs, error messages, and system performance.
• Assist in integration setup (OData, API) together with developers, following standard templates.
• Document internal procedures, user guides, and environment changes.
• Participate in testing basic system changes: forms, reports, and roles.
• Collaborate with internal support teams, analysts, and developers for escalation of more complex technical issues.

Job requirements

• 1+ years of experience in ERP/Business Central administration.
• English proficiency — Intermediate level or higher.
• Understanding the role of an ERP administrator and experience working with the BC interface.
• Knowledge of typical tasks: creating/editing users, assigning roles/permission sets, supporting Job Queue.
• Experience handling basic requests: access issues, data display problems, working with directories.
• Ability to provide clear answers, log requests, and escalate complex incidents.
• Basic knowledge of key modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse.
• Strong navigation skills: searching for objects and analyzing user errors.
• Understanding of sandbox, test, and production environments.
• Experience with access settings, OData URLs, API permissions (based on templates/instructions).
• Ability to check and document user actions; basic understanding of logging.
• Participate in monitoring Job Queue Entries to ensure stable task execution.
• Create and update user guides, instruction templates, and internal procedure documentation.
• Support checklists for updates, access control, and routine tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely, track changes, and adhere to procedures.
• Strong listening skills, ability to identify the root of a problem, and respond quickly to requests.
• Interest in ERP systems, motivation to deepen technical knowledge and take on more complex tasks.
• Ability to work closely with developers, analysts, and accountants.
• Openness to new work formats and changing priorities.
• Understanding of system functionality and cause-effect links between settings, processes, and results.

Would be a plus

• Basic understanding of integrations and data exchange — working with OData/API templates, importing/exporting data.
• Experience with DevOps processes at the release support level — environment checks after updates, communication with developers.
• Basic knowledge of SQL — ability to read simple queries/OData for data checks (can be taught after onboarding).

We are looking for an experienced Business Central Developer with deep expertise in ERP architecture, AL development, integrations, and CI/CD to design and optimize solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

‍

• Defining the technical architecture and strategic approach for developing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Developing complex functional modules and integrations using AL language, including Events & Subscribers, APIs, and data exchange services.
• Code review, mentoring junior developers, implementing programming standards and CI/CD tools.
• Assessing technical risks and developing solutions to improve system performance, stability, and security.
• Designing and implementing extensions for a multinational environment (multiple currencies, jurisdictions, localizations).
• Creating a technical backlog, developing proof-of-concept for new initiatives and solutions.
• Ensuring high-quality development, maintaining technical documentation, and describing architectural decisions.
• Coordinating with analytics, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams for full-cycle implementation of ERP changes.
• Analyzing and optimizing Azure resources, monitoring performance, participating in solution scaling.

• Technical involvement in digital transformation projects: automation of reporting, integration with Power BI, Payroll, MSW, etc.

   

‍Job requirements:

‍

Advanced experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV development

• 4+ years of experience with AL language, creating extensions, customizations, complex logic using Events & Subscribers, upgrading old modules.

• Confident understanding of the BC development lifecycle: deployment, CI/CD, version control.

  ERP architecture and complex business processes

• Experience in designing new modules and optimizing existing architecture considering multi-company, multi-currency, and local requirements.

• Knowledge of key ERP modules: Finance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Budgeting, integration with Payroll and Reporting.

  Deep understanding of integrations and APIs

• Hands-on experience with complex integrations via REST API, OData, file-based connections, web services, and more.

• Participation in building middleware solutions or microservices for data exchange.

  AL language, DevOps, and codebase management

• Confident use of Visual Studio Code, Source Control (GIT), Azure DevOps Pipelines.

• Development of code templates, reusable libraries, code review, process automation.

  SQL, performance, and optimization

• Knowledge of SQL Server structure, query optimization, diagnosing BC performance issues.

• Implementation of monitoring, indexing, and transaction control.

  Testing, CI/CD, and solution support

• Experience in automated testing (Test Codeunits), setting up test environments, participating in release cycles.
• Documenting architecture decisions, supporting multi-user development environments.
• Ukrainian (fluent) and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

• Scalability and multi-company environment – Experience working with multiple companies, currencies, and localizations.
• Code refactoring and optimization – Experience in modernizing outdated solutions and managing technical debt.
• Testing in Business Central (Test Codeunits) – Knowledge of automated testing approaches in BC.
• Understanding of SQL/BC performance – Query and index optimization, lock diagnostics – as an additional advantage.
• Technical documentation / technical wiki preparation – Ability to describe architecture, solutions, and approaches in a structured way.

• Experience with middleware, queues, message exchange – Will be a plus for complex integration scenarios.
