We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is passionate about clean architecture, clear communication, and building a robust, scalable Salesforce solution that support real-world business needs.

You’ll be working on a Salesforce-centric product that connect with healthcare platforms, IoT devices, and third-party systems—helping to design secure, cloud-based workflows and services that support operational efficiency and compliance. As one of the earliest members of the Salesforce team, you’ll shape how we scale and standardize our Salesforce development practices.

You are expected to proactively use AI-assisted tools (like ChatGPT and Cursor) to enhance your work in coding, documentation, testing, debugging, and problem-solving.

What you’ll do:

1. Write clean, modular Apex code and clear technical documentation, setting a high bar for clarity and maintainability.
2. Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and declarative tools in Salesforce Service Cloud.
3. Use AI tools to boost development speed and improve quality across requirements gathering, implementation, and testing.
4. Build integrations with external systems and APIs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, implementation managers, and QA, to deliver high-impact solutions.
6. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Gearset, Copado, or SFDX.
7. Ensure Salesforce data integrity and compliance, especially in healthcare contexts, aligning with ISO27001.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal system performance.

9. Contribute to platform strategy, Salesforce best practices, and technical roadmaps that support long-term scalability and reuse.

    

Skills required: 

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven track record of delivering Salesforce-based solutions at scale, including custom development and platform configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, integration patterns, and security model.
• Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and handling complex data mappings (JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployment and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in regulated environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

   

Could be an advantage:

• Experience working with Azure services and integrating Salesforce with Azure-based systems.
• Knowledge of FHIR, ECD/EPD, or other healthcare data standards.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures or Salesforce Platform Events.
• Experience working within ISO27001-compliant environments or healthcare compliance frameworks.

We’re looking for a Middle Software Engineer who is passionate about clear communication, high-quality documentation, and building modern, scalable systems using TypeScript and Azure.

You’ll work on solutions that integrate with IoT devices and healthcare systems—creating secure, cloud-based infrastructure to collect, process, and act on real-world data. As one of the earliest members of the engineering team, you’ll help shape our technical strategy and lay the foundation for sustainable, long-term scale.

You are expected to proactively use AI-assisted tools (like Cursor, ChatGPT, and others) to support your work in coding, documentation, testing, debugging, and technical research.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of development experience in general 
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript. Experience with other languages is a plus.
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, especially deploying and maintaining App Services.
• Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

What you'll do

1. Communicate clearly and document proactively — from architecture decisions and design proposals to clean, readable code. You help raise the communication bar across the team.
2. Maintain scalable services and applications using TypeScript (Node.js, Azure Functions) in Azurebased environments.
3. Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance your development workflow, from concept to production.
4. Develop and support cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
5. Build and consume APIs and integrations using REST, JSON, XML, and other common formats.
6. Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate DevOps workflows for efficient, reliable deployments.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and implementation managers, Salesforce developers, and QA to deliver high-impact, end-to-end solutions.
8. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems for performance and reliability.
9. Contribute ideas and feedback that improve the product, system architecture, and engineering practices.

What could be an advantage

• Experience designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems, especially in health tech or fintech contexts.
