Smart Export

Smart Export Group is not a single company — it's several business verticals operating under one roof:

• Flintec/TBS Tech — distribution of precision sensors (Flintec, Germany) across Ukraine
• Smart Export EU — helping Ukrainian manufacturers enter European markets
• Smart EXPY — the same, but for international clients targeting foreign markets

• Select Sign Studio — B2B export of Ukrainian souvenirs (magnets, metal plaques) abroad

   

About the Role

This is not a classic BizDev position, and not a classic PM role either. It's a multi-function position where you'll act as a research analyst, outreach manager, product owner, and account manager — sometimes all in the same week. 

If monotonous work frustrates you and you want to understand how business actually works from the inside across multiple verticals, this is your place.
 

Time allocation is flexible: depending on weekly priorities, you might go deep on one direction or run several tasks in parallel.
 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Build and segment prospect databases using Apollo, Clay, and Google Advanced Search
• Set up email outreach campaigns, warm up domains, manage email infrastructure
• Conduct cold calls and written communication with international partners in English
   

Market Research & Analysis:

• Analyze competitive landscape for specific client products
• Map potential partners and distribution channels in target foreign markets
   

Product Ownership:

• Lead negotiations with prospective buyers of souvenir products
• Coordinate with the supplier to request product or marketing material adjustments
   

Operations:

• Place orders and issue invoices, basic Excel tracking
• Handle inbound inquiries, work with existing client databases
   

Requirements

• English C1 — confident written and spoken (calls with international partners are real, not theoretical)
• Ability to use or quickly learn: Apollo, Clay, Google Advanced Search
• Active use of AI tools in daily work: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity
• Strong self-organization and ability to context-switch without losing quality
   

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and SEO
• Familiarity with email infrastructure (DKIM, SPF, domain warming)

Product Manager – Smart Export

Position Overview

Smart Export is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our growing international sales team. In this role, you will drive the success of our product portfolio across global markets, managing end-to-end project lifecycles while identifying new business opportunities and optimizing our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee current product initiatives and market segments (e.g., Select Sign Studio selectsignstudio.com in the gifts and souvenirs market)
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Ensure alignment between product development and market demands

Sales Channel Strategy

• Define and optimize sales channels (B2B, B2C, distributors, e-commerce)
• Evaluate channel effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and markets

Pricing & Market Analysis

• Establish competitive pricing policies based on market research
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior
• Balance profitability with market competitiveness

Supplier & Partnership Development

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and potential partners
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage relationships
• Ensure product quality and supply chain reliability

Lead Generation & Sales

• Outbound Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients
• Inbound Sales: Manage incoming inquiries and convert leads into contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in product management, sales management, or international business
• Skills: Market analysis, negotiation, project management, strategic planning
• Languages: English (fluent); other languages desirable
• Traits: Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills
