To support our strategic expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who is experienced in tech sales and confident working with SMB clients.

What You Will Do

• Manage and nurture leads in HubSpot, ensuring a healthy and accurate sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the Lead Generation team to convert qualified prospects into active opportunities.
• Conduct presale calls with clients alongside tech experts, gather initial requirements, and validate leads using the BANT framework.
• Prepare and guide developers for client interviews, ensuring strong alignment between client needs and team capabilities.
• Create customised proposals, presentations, and estimates for clients (we use our Presale Assistant AI).
• Run kick-off meetings for new projects and ensure a smooth handover to the Delivery team.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, address project-related questions, and identify opportunities for upselling or account expansion.

• Collaborate with Recruitment to select, present, and staff the most relevant candidates for outstaffing and project needs.

   

What You Need

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (IT, SaaS, or outsourcing).
• Proven track record of closing deals with SMB clients.
• Strong understanding of outstaffing and outsourcing business models.
• Solid knowledge of the IT industry and outsourcing specifics.
• Fluent English (B2—C1) for daily client communication.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Availability for travel to international conferences and expos is required.
• Bonus: background or courses in project management or software development.

• Spanish or German is an advantage.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take full ownership of marketing strategy, structure processes, and scale predictable pipeline generation. To build and lead a structured, data-driven marketing system that generates qualified leads, strengthens brand positioning, and supports sustainable revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the B2B marketing strategy for outsourcing / outstaffing
• Build and scale inbound and outbound marketing
• Own and grow key channels:

-Website (positioning, conversion, content)
-LinkedIn (organic + outbound)
-Upwork / similar platforms

• Develop and manage social presence:

-LinkedIn (primary)
-Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (brand & demand support)

• Generate MQLs and SQLs and work closely with Sales on deal closure
• Take responsibility for Marketing Sourced Revenue
• Research and validate new markets, niches, ICPs
• Test and validate hypotheses (offers, channels, messaging)
• Lead or actively participate in company rebranding & positioning
• Build marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in B2B marketing
• Proven experience in IT outsourcing / outstaffing / IT services
• Strong track record of impact on revenue and deals
• Deep understanding of inbound & outbound marketing
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel

Основні обов’язки

• Досліджувати MilTech екосистему та визначати можливості, де програмна інженерія може створювати цінність.
• Встановлювати звʼязки з фаундерами, експертами та компаніями у defense-tech сфері, щоб зрозуміти реальні потреби ринку.
• Генерувати та перевіряти стратегічні гіпотези (наприклад: software-послуги для MilTech компаній, рішення у сфері simulation та digital twins, підтримка міжнародних компаній, які виходять у defense-tech екосистему).
• Формувати потенційні сервісні пропозиції на основі інсайтів з ринку.
• Будувати партнерства зі стартапами, технологічними компаніями та інноваційними ініціативами.
• Запускати перші колаборації та пілотні проєкти разом із leadership-командою та інженерами Sloboda Studio.
   

Вимоги

• Досвід у business development, product discovery, партнерствах або innovation-ролях у tech.
• Досвід запуску продуктів з нуля.
• Вміння проводити market research та customer discovery і перетворювати інсайти на можливості.
• Сильні комунікаційні навички та здатність ініціювати нові знайомства і розмови.
• Розуміння software development процесів та технологічних продуктів.
• Вільна англійська.

Досвід у defense-tech буде плюсом, але не є обов’язковим.
