    • Work with the design team to ensure visual quality and consistency of HR communication materials.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in IT companies with a strong focus on outstaffing.
    • Proven experience supporting outstaff engineers: maintaining connection, managing feedback cycles.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across various levels of the organization.
    • Confident in running 1-1 meetings, performance reviews, and development planning.
    • Solid knowledge of motivation techniques (material and non-material) and employee engagement strategies.
    • Comfortable with documenting and executing HR policies and processes.
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleForce or similar).
    • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency — both written and spoken.
    • Ability to work independently while aligning with the leadership and broader business goals.

    Why Join Us:

    • You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a friendly and like-minded team.
    • Enjoy a supportive work environment with no micromanagement, empowering you to take ownership and deliver outstanding results.
