    From concept to launch, from license to live transactions — Skogos is where global fintech gets built, scaled, and delivered across multiple verticals: low-risk,  high-risk, crypto, and other payment industries.

    We’re a global fintech holding focused on creating, launching, and scaling payment solutions worldwide. PSPs, processing platforms, merchant infrastructure — we don’t just advise, we build, operate, and optimize businesses from zero.

     

    We’re entering a new phase: launching our Canadian entity, Skogos, in Toronto. The MSB license is already secured. We’re looking for a CEO with full ownership, including account access and signing authority, to turn structure into a revenue-generating, fully operational business.

     

    Your Mission

    Lead Skogos Canada from launch to scale — turning a licensed entity into a fully functioning, revenue-generating company. Own processes, delivery, partnerships, team, and results. This is hands-on leadership with full strategic authority and operational accountability.

     

    What You Will Do

    Company Launch & Operations

    • Lead the operational launch of Skogos in Canada (MSB entity already in place)
    • Build internal processes: delivery, onboarding, compliance flows, reporting
    • Coordinate legal, compliance, tech, and banking counterparts
    • Ensure regulatory alignment and operational stability

    Project & Delivery Management

    • Manage delivery of payment solutions across all verticals: low-risk, high-risk, crypto, and emerging markets
    • Oversee timelines, dependencies, risks, and operational execution
    • Act as the main bridge between product, tech, compliance, and commercial teams
    • Guarantee smooth onboarding and long-term merchant performance

    Business & Strategic Execution

    • Drive early commercial strategy, merchant acquisition, and expansion across multiple markets
    • Support partnerships with banks, PSPs, providers, and vendors
    • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
    • Gradually build and manage a local or distributed team

    Leadership & Ownership

    • Take full ownership of outcomes — not just tasks
    • Signing authority & account access: contracts, bank accounts, and key operational documents
    • Make strategic decisions: set priorities, allocate resources, and define execution plans
    • Represent Skogos externally with partners, regulators, and at industry events

       

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Experience & Background

    • 5+ years in fintech, payments, PSPs, or multiple payment verticals
    • Experience launching or scaling businesses, products, or entities
    • Strong exposure to operations, delivery, or general management
    • Experience working with regulated environments (MSB, EMI, PSP or banks)
    • Canada / North America market experience is a strong advantage

    Hard Skills

    • Deep understanding of payment flows, onboarding, and compliance
    • Strong project & delivery management skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, legal, compliance, and sales
    • Structured thinking: processes, timelines, risks, execution
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and “build-from-zero” mode

    Soft Skills

    • Ownership mindset — you build it, you run it
    • High autonomy and decision-making ability
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management
    • Pragmatic, hands-on, result-driven
      Calm under pressure, allergic to chaos (or at least good at taming it)

    Languages

    • English — fluent
