    We are CANDUIT β€” the Ukrainian team of the American company SJS VDC Inc., working in the field of construction information technologies. Our goal is to enhance the construction process by implementing high-quality models and drawings while continuously improving our workflows.

    We are looking for an Administrative Manager to help us maintain efficient administrative operations and optimize company processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing financial reporting and overseeing documentation
    • Issuing invoices and monitoring payments
    • Controlling and organizing document flow
    • Monitoring receipts and reconciling financial expenses
    • Setting up structural processes within the company
    • Ordering branded merchandise (swag) in the USA
    • Providing organizational support for events and company activities
    • Handling administrative tasks that enhance team efficiency

       

    What We Expect from Our Future Teammate:

    • Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
