We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing startup building custodial and non-custodial crypto wallets. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports our rapidly expanding platform. You will work closely with engineering and security teams to automate deployments, optimize system performance, and ensure high availability of production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Support, administer, and optimize Linux-based servers
• Deploy, manage, and scale Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Configure and maintain Cloudflare services (CDN, DNS, WAF, edge rules)
• Configure and maintain NGINX (reverse proxy, routing, TLS, load balancing)
• Automate operational processes, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Develop automation scripts and service utilities using Python
• Build and improve monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and resolve production incidents
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering
• Production experience with Microsoft Azure
• Strong Linux knowledge (administration, networking, systemd, storage, security)
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, including WAF policies
• Proven experience with NGINX, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Ansible
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Experience using Python for automation
• Experience building monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with logging systems (ELK stack)
   

Nice to have experience with 

• databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MySQL
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for growth through: Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads. The main goal is to build and optimize funnel systems that bring in active users to the product.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Managing advertising platforms

• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns in:
  Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
• Manage budgets and optimize for ROAS / CPA / ROMI
• Create and test hypotheses (creatives, audiences, offers)
• Build dynamic and event-based remarketing campaigns
  (from website visitors to active users)

2. Analytics and optimization

• Track and analyze conversion rates across all funnel stages
• Optimize CPA
• Work with attribution tools (e.g. AppsFlyer)

3. Product and CRM integration

• Set up and maintain accurate tracking (pixels, SDKs)
• Work closely with product and CRM teams to improve conversion rates

4. Using AI tools

• Generate and test creatives
• Analyze audiences
• Automate reporting
• Find ways to speed up testing and campaign optimization
   

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google
• Good understanding of mobile analytics and attribution (app marketing)
• Ability to work with hypotheses and A/B testing
• Experience using AI tools to improve performance marketing
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech / neobank

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to design and execute strategies focused on user retention, conversion growth (KYC, deposit, first transaction, etc.), and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).

Your primary responsibility will not be limited to launching campaigns. You will be accountable for turning users who download Simple into active, engaged, and loyal customers. This includes guiding users throughout their entire lifecycle — from initial registration and onboarding to participation in the referral program and active use of our savings products.

An important focus is on using AI tools and automation to improve CRM efficiency, scale personalization, and accelerate hypothesis testing and experimentation.
 

Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Planning: Developing strategies for user retention and conversion growth. Planning and executing CRM campaigns to increase LTV, ARPU, and reduce churn.
• Analysis and Segmentation: Segmenting the customer base based on behavior, interests, and other data. Analyzing campaign performance (CTR, CR, ARPU, Retention).
• Communication Development: Creating trigger-based and bulk email campaigns, push notifications, SMS, and other communication channels. Writing copy and preparing briefs for designers.
• Process Automation: Configuring workflows in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, SendPulse). Maintaining the accuracy and cleanliness of the customer database.
• Testing and Optimization: Conducting A/B tests to identify optimal solutions. Continuously optimizing content and mechanics based on data insights.
• Collaboration with Other Teams: Coordinating with product, analytics, marketing, and design teams. Ensuring a unified approach to brand communications.
• Reporting and Analytics: Preparing regular reports on CRM activity performance. Formulating hypotheses and implementing new data-driven approaches.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM management, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, SendPulse).
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
• Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (CTR, CR, Retention, LTV, ARPU) and A/B testing.
• Experience in creating and automating workflows and scenarios within CRM systems.
• Solid knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and SMS strategies.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging communications.
• Ability to create detailed briefs and work effectively with designers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
