ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Your tasks:

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation, and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience

• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

   

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience on core ServiceNow modules like HR Service Delivery, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Tax residence in Ukraine is required

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing project and product requirements;
• Scripting, configuring, implementing, and maintaining test scenarios using Tosca;
• Preparing test plans, test executions, test reports, summary reports documents;
• Analyzing test results and submitting corresponding defects/tasks for developers;
• Creating test patterns and providing methodical guidance;
• Applying standard techniques and procedures and complying the company's overall development and testing processes.

Our expectations: 

• 2-5 years of practical experience in software testing, with a minimum of 1 year specializing in Tosca Test Automation.
• Ability to identify and steer HTML Controls (DevTools), including Tosca XScan and TestCase Design section.
• Developing reusable test blocks in the library.
• Creating and assessing the risk weight of requirements.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, as well as strong knowledge of web services and API Testing, particularly with REST API.
• Client and quality orientation to comprehend the client's needs, coupled with being a team player.
• Winning attitude and possessing strong consultative communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification.
• Tosca Test Automation certification.
• Basic knowledge of Tosca Automation framework TBOX / Tbox modules, TCD, Requirements, APIs, BI in Tosca.
• General understanding in the areas of SAP S/4HANA or/and R/3 or Salesforce or ServiceNow.

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join the project supporting CRM-driven analytics and reporting across multiple countries and business units. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing reporting solutions based on Dynamics 365 data, ensuring high-quality insights for sales and service processes, and contributing to enterprise-scale BI initiatives.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on Dynamics 365 data
• Work directly with CRM data models, including entities, relationships, and business processes
• Design and implement data integration solutions between Power BI and Dynamics 365 (dataflows, connectors, APIs)
• Embed Power BI reports into model-driven apps and ensure proper user context access
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and data models
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reporting solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and departments
• Support enterprise BI initiatives, including multi-country rollouts and reusable reporting templates

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Power BI development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Dataverse
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration
• Experience working with Power BI dataflows, connectors, and embedding
• Understanding of CRM processes (sales, customer service, KPIs)
• Experience in enterprise-level BI environments

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience delivering customer-facing AI solutions, including 5+ years in a leadership or equivalent strategic role guiding teams and driving end-to-end AI initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise across AI models, algorithms, and tooling, with strong proficiency in at least one major cloud provider’s AI/ML ecosystem (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders to translate complex, cloud-based AI capabilities into clear, high-impact business outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging cloud AI services, machine learning infrastructure advancements, and evolving industry best practices.
