We are looking for an experienced ISP Developer to join a project for a Polish manufacturer of microdrones. The ideal candidate specializes in image signal processing, mainly in the areas of digital stabilization and image quality enhancement. The role focuses on systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the multirotor type.

Responsibilities: 

Integration and handling of MIPI CSI cameras:
• Creating and modifying drivers for MIPI (Camera Serial Interface) cameras
• Debugging MIPI connections (e.g., diagnosing synchronization issues and signal interference)
• Calibration and configuration of image sensors (e.g., gain, exposure, white balance settings)
• Optimizing the pipeline for capturing and transferring data from the camera 

Image processing (video/image post processing):
• Implementing image signal processing using available SDKs (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson Multimedia API, VPI, VisionWorks, OpenCV)
• Designing and implementing custom image processing algorithms – from simple filters to complex computation pipelines
• Executing tasks such as denoising, edge detection, dynamic range compression, color correction, and color space conversion (e.g., YUV → RGB)
• Preparing images/video for further processing by AI models (image enhancement, rescaling, etc.) 

Application development on the NVIDIA Jetson platform:
• Developing applications running directly on Jetson Nano/Orin NX
• Performance optimization using hardware accelerators (GPU, CUDA, NVENC, NVDEC, DeepStream SDK)
• Working with low level system functions (mmap, DMA, I2C/SPI)
• Creating pipelines using GStreamer (e.g., for real time video streaming) 

Linux – development and system environment:
• Proficiency in Linux (preferably Ubuntu, Yocto Linux)
• Writing bash scripts and automating system tasks
• Working with version control systems (Git), cross compilation tools, and kernel configuration
• Debugging and profiling (dmesg, top/htop, gdb, strace, perf, tegrastats) 

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with the MIPI CSI interface, including development and debugging of low level drivers (e.g., V4L2 subdev drivers)
• Practical knowledge of Jetson platforms (Nano, Xavier NX, Orin NX) and the NVIDIA ecosystem (JetPack, DeepStream, CUDA, TensorRT)
• Knowledge of image processing libraries and frameworks: OpenCV, NVIDIA VPI, GStreamer
• Ability to create custom image processing functions in C/C++, including hardware acceleration
• Linux expertise enabling system optimization in embedded environments
• Independence and the ability to analyze and solve complex hardware software problems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary, motivated hardware software team
• Attention to technical documentation and testing procedures
• Experience with AI (e.g., running models on Jetson using TensorRT)
• Knowledge of building custom and optimized Linux distributions
• Familiarity with tools for image simulation and testing (e.g., for CV tests without physical cameras)
• Own open source projects or experience in the UAS/UAV industry

Join Sii and support the development of PLM solutions for our client in the renewable energy sector — a global leader in wind turbine technology. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to develop and optimize the Windchill environment.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to analyze and define technical requirements
• Configure the Windchill system (data models, workflows, roles, permissions) according to project needs
• Develop extensions, customizations, and integrations using Windchill APIs and custom code
• Create reports and extract data, including preparing SQL queries
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Windchill platform

• Prepare technical documentation and perform unit, smoke, and functional testing

   

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in PLM system development or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Windchill PDMLink and the platform’s technical architecture
• Hands-on experience in developing extensions, custom functionalities, and system integrations
• Proficiency in working with Windchill APIs, scripting, and PLM customization
• Ability to create reports, analyze data, and write SQL queries
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues

For this project, we are looking for an Embedded Software Technical Leader who will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of embedded software in C for next-generation automotive radar systems. You will work closely with experienced technologists, radar experts, and scientists on innovative, safety-critical solutions for the automotive industry. 

By joining us, you become a member of the Embedded Competence Center at Sii. It is an internal organizational unit, bringing together more than 500 specialist! We are currently working on about 100 projects for 50 clients from various industries, including automotive, IoT, telecommunications, and medical.

Tasks:

• Design, implement and optimize the embedded software (middleware and application layer)
• Lead a team developing software and tools driving customer’s radar
• Collaborate with system architecture and hardware groups to deliver quality system solutions 
• Optimize code for memory usage, performance, and power efficiency 
• Drive technical topics within the team, define and execute project milestones and timelines 
• Support team members with own expertise, mentor, review code, and ensure development best practices and compliance with industry standards
   

Skills:

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science 
• 5+ years of experience in leading engineers or owning major SW components 
• Significant Linux experience 
• Strong C programming skills
• Strong Python skills 
• System-level thinking 
• Self-driven, fast learner, ability to work independently and drive tasks end to end 
• Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate cross-functionally and "sell" ideas internally 
• Comfortable working in a fast & dynamic environment 
• Good command of English (spoken and written) 
• Tax residence in Ukraine is required
