Join Sii as an experienced Stibo STEP Solution Architect on a project for a multinational healthcare company that develops and markets medical devices, aiming to improve the lives of people with intimate health conditions.

In this role, you will become part of the MDM & Quality Solutions Department and take ownership of designing and delivering high-quality IT solutions within the STEP platform, working at the intersection of business and technology – translating complex requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Your tasks:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions within the Stibo STEP platform based on business requirements
• Collaborating with Domain Architects to defining and executing architectural strategy and design principles
• Evaluating new requirements and proposing scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions
• Leading technical decision-making by balancing business needs, risks, and system constraints
• Reviewing and approving solution designs, documentation, and validation processes
• Acting as the main technical point of contact for 2nd and 3rd level STEP support issues
• Driving improvements in system performance and process efficiency across STEP applications
• Designing and supporting integrations between STEP and internal/external systems
• Leading deployment, monitoring, and operational processes for STEP solutions
• Communicating with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Demonstrating proven experience in working as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role
• Working hands-on with the Stibo STEP (MDM/PIM) platform in complex environments
• Understanding Master Data Management and data governance principles
• Applying knowledge of system integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture
• Translating business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions
• Working within Agile (Scrum) environments and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and managing expectations
• Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and solution designs
• Using English fluently in both spoken and written communication

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a project delivered for a well-known company in the railway industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of seating solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing welding fixtures and tooling used in the production of steel structures, working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure high quality and efficient manufacturing processes.

Your tasks:

• Designing welding fixtures and tooling for steel structures used in the railway industry
• Developing concepts for locating, clamping, and positioning welded components
• Preparing 3D models and 2D technical documentation
• Selecting standard components, pneumatic systems, and mechanical parts used in fixtures and tooling
• Collaborating with welding engineers, production teams, and quality departments
• Analyzing and optimizing existing solutions in terms of quality, ergonomics, and production efficiency
• Providing technical supervision over the manufacturing of fixtures by in-house workshops or external suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing welding tooling, welding fixtures, or production equipment
• Very good knowledge of 3D CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, or similar)
• Ability to prepare technical documentation in accordance with applicable industry standards
• Experience in projects for the railway industry
• Knowledge of EN 15085 welding standards
• Knowledge of steel structure welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG)
• Understanding of locating, positioning, and clamping principles for manufactured parts
• Ability to analyze and compensate for welding distortions
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T/GPS)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and customer specifications
• Communicative level of English
• Tax residency in Ukraine is required

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Knowledge of ISO 3834 quality requirements
• Experience working with large-scale steel structures
• Knowledge of industrial pneumatics and hydraulics
• Ability to perform Finite Element Method (FEM/FEA) analyses
• Experience in implementing robotic and automated production cells/workstations
• Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and their impact on the design of welded structures and welding tooling
• Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems

We are looking for experienced ITSM consultants who combine strong theoretical knowledge with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to process optimization and implementation.

Your tasks:

• Provide consulting, analysis, and continuous improvement of customer-specific ITSM processes, particularly across core ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Change Enablement)
• Identify process weaknesses and develop sustainable improvement measures in close collaboration with relevant departments
• Act as the interface between operations, service owners, and management stakeholders
• Support the introduction and operationalization of ITIL best practices within live operational environments
• Establish and maintain SLA and KPI reporting to enable effective governance and continuous optimization of service processes
• Implement quality assurance measures and support audits as well as regulatory requirements within the financial services sector

• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and enablement initiatives for support and process

   

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), preferably within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or banking
• In-depth understanding of the ITIL framework and the practical application of its process landscape
• Demonstrated experience in IT process management, including continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
• Completed degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different stakeholder levels, including senior management
• Business-fluent German language skills (C-level proficiency) and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong team orientation combined with a high level of customer focus
• Ability to quickly understand complex system landscapes and business environments

• Tax residence in Ukraine required

   

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of common ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, HP Service Manager, or similar)
• Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructures (client/server, network, virtualisation, cloud services)

The Junior Project Manager (PMO Support) provides administrative and organizational support within a large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA implementation programme in a complex, international environment. 

This role is designed for a junior or trainee-level professional who is motivated to grow in project management and gain hands-on experience in supporting experienced project managers and cross-functional teams.

The position focuses on ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and communication across stakeholders, while contributing to the successful delivery of a global transformation programme within a leading international energy technology organization.

Your Tasks:

• Support experienced Project Managers in the coordination of a large SAP S/4HANA implementation programme
• Organize and coordinate meetings (scheduling, agendas, logistics, follow-ups)
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and project documentation
• Manage and structure project documentation, presentations, and files
• Maintain and administer SharePoint spaces for cross-functional collaboration
• Support Track & Trace activities across project tasks and deliverables
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal and stakeholder meetings
• Provide support in risk tracking and basic budget monitoring activities
• Ensure proper documentation management and version control
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the PMO

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in PMO support, project coordination, or administrative roles (junior or trainee profiles are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and PMO practices
• Practical experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to manage and organize project documentation, including structuring and version control
• Experience supporting meeting and presentation preparation, including note-taking and follow-ups
• Basic understanding of Track & Trace activities related to project tasks and deliverables
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
