Join our Testing and Validation team to ensure the reliability and performance of programmable Ethernet switch software. You will design and implement automation frameworks and network test scenarios to verify cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.

By joining us, you become a member of the Embedded Competence Center at Sii, an internal organizational unit that brings together over 500 specialists from across the country. We are currently working on around 100 projects for 50 clients in various industries, including automotive, IoT, telecommunications, and medical sectors.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test suites for switch software and firmware
• Develop Python-based test frameworks for functional and performance testing
• Perform regression, stress, and system-level testing on hardware platforms
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and verify software defect fixes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role
• Strong experience in Python-based test automation
• Knowledge of network automation frameworks and Linux environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware modeling, computer architecture, or a related field.
• Strong C++ skills with hands-on experience in SystemC/TLM or similar system-level modeling frameworks.
• Solid understanding of computer architecture and SoC design, including CPU microarchitecture, memory subsystems, and interconnect protocols (AXI, PCIe).
• Ability to translate hardware specifications and architecture diagrams into accurate software models.
• Experience with simulation, model validation, test development, and debugging.
• Knowledge of SystemVerilog/UVM is a plus.
• Experience with embedded software or firmware development is highly desirable.
• Understanding of low-level hardware/software interactions, including registers, interrupts, boot flows, and device initialization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading complex business solutions, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable and high-value solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications solutions, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Design complex solutions involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure integrations, and migration scenarios.
• Define solution architecture, technical roadmap, governance, and application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices.
• Support business stakeholders through discovery workshops, requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution blueprinting.
• Drive successful implementation using frameworks such as Success by Design and Catalyst.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor delivery teams, and ensure effective project execution.
• Support change management activities and adoption of implemented solutions.

Required  Skills

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications projects, including complex implementations, migrations, and integrations with Azure and other technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and architecture and ability to apply them within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Power Pages implementation and maintenance.
• Proven experience establishing ALM processes, governance models, and development standards.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and organizational change management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting solutions to business and technical audiences.
• Strong combination of technical expertise, business understanding, commercial awareness, and project delivery skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes across complex engagements.
• Communicative level of English

• Driving a large-scale cloud transformation project with an aggressive delivery timeline

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join the BSP team and work on the development and maintenance of low-level firmware and Board Support Packages for advanced hardware platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with hardware, validation, and VLSI teams to enable seamless hardware-software integration and contribute to the development of next-generation products.

Your task:

• Design, develop, and maintain BSP and low-level firmware based on Zephyr RTOS
• Develop and integrate device drivers, board configurations, and platform services
• Implement management interfaces and protocols such as MCTP, IPMI, PLDM, NC-SI, and Redfish
• Support platform monitoring, control, and system management features
• Participate in board bring-up activities and chip/platform integration
• Develop Python and Bash tools for platform management, testing, and automation

• 3+ years of experience in embedded software or firmware development in a Linux environment
• Strong programming skills in C

• Knowledge of hardware/software interfaces such as I2C, SPI, GPIO, UART
• Experience working close to hardware and SoC/board-level development
