We are looking for an Embedded Engineer to join a technically challenging project focused on low-level firmware and driver development for custom hardware platforms in the automotive radar domain. The role involves close interaction with hardware, RTOS-based development, and work on multi-core SoC architectures.

By joining us, you become a member of the Embedded Competence Center at Sii. It is an internal organizational unit, bringing together more than 500 specialists! We are currently working on about 100 projects for 50 clients from various industries, including automotive, IoT, telecommunications, and medical.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop embedded software and firmware for custom hardware platforms
• Develop and maintain low-level drivers, including Ethernet, CAN, DMA (DMAC), UART, SPI, Flash, Interrupt handling, Encryption drivers
• Participate in boot sequence implementation and system initialization
• Work with RTOS-based systems (ThreadX, NetX)
• Support and optimize multi-core SoC architectures
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and system architects
• Perform code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

   

Requirements:

• Strong experience in embedded C/C++ development
• Proven background in firmware and low-level driver development
• Hands-on experience with RTOS (ThreadX, NetX or similar)
• Solid understanding of interrupts, memory management, boot process, multi-core systems
• Experience working with hardware interfaces and peripherals
• Familiarity with embedded development toolchains and build systems
• Experience working in Agile environments and with CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams
• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Tax residence in Ukraine is required

   

Nice to have:

• Experience with AUTOSAR and MCAL
• Background in automotive, radar, or safety-critical systems
• Experience with static analysis tools (e.g. Coverity)
• Knowledge of code coverage and quality metrics
• Experience with Synopsys-based platforms or ARC cores

We are looking for highly skilled C++ Developer with specialized experience in CUDA and GPU to join one of our project! Currently, we are working on projects for about 50 clients from various industries, including automotive, iOT, telecommunication, and medical. Joining us, you’ll be also a part of Sii’s Embedded Competence Center- an internal organization unit that gathers over 500 specialists across Poland!

Your tasks:

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance software in C++ for GPU architectures
• Implement and enhance CUDA-based solutions for advanced parallel computing tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and system architects, to deliver robust and scalable solutions
• Conduct performance analysis and tuning to ensure optimal efficiency of applications
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to best practices

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and user guides to support the project lifecycle

   

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in C++ development, with a focus on high-performance computing
• Proficiency in CUDA programming and GPU architecture, with a strong understanding of parallel processing techniques
• Solid knowledge of performance optimization strategies and debugging tools
• Previous work with software development methodologies, including Agile and continuous integration practices
• Familiarity with modern software architecture and design patterns
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
• Experience in working on complex, large-scale projects
• Tax residence in Ukraine is required

For this project, we are looking for an Embedded Software Technical Leader who will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of embedded software in C for next-generation automotive radar systems. You will work closely with experienced technologists, radar experts, and scientists on innovative, safety-critical solutions for the automotive industry.

Tasks:

• Design, implement and optimize the embedded software (middleware and application layer)
• Lead a team developing software and tools driving customer’s radar
• Collaborate with system architecture and hardware groups to deliver quality system solutions 
• Optimize code for memory usage, performance, and power efficiency 
• Drive technical topics within the team, define and execute project milestones and timelines 
• Support team members with own expertise, mentor, review code, and ensure development best practices and compliance with industry standards
   

Skills:

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science 
• 5+ years of experience in leading engineers or owning major SW components 
• Significant Linux experience 
• Strong C programming skills
• Strong Python skills 
• System-level thinking 
• Self-driven, fast learner, ability to work independently and drive tasks end to end 
• Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate cross-functionally and "sell" ideas internally 
• Comfortable working in a fast & dynamic environment 
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
