    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure new test cases are entered into systems and customer lifecycle workflows are understood.
    • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases using the following tools: TestRail, Jira, and Confluence.
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
    • In perspective, design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools (JS, TestCafe, GitLab CI).

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of commercial experience in manual testing (web, API, DB).
    • Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA’s role in SDLC.
    • Ability to write clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
    • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
