Shaw and Partners is an international SaaS developer working with mostly US clients. Our primary function in the software development market is to recruit high-quality software developers which allows us to provide staff augmentation to our clients.   We also invest in and incubate internal projects, and constantly implement processes to actively utilize machine learning as a service to clients and increase productivity in our daily work life.

Our marketing team is less than ten people, so each person is critical to our shared success. • Assist in re-appropriating content for other channels

With a team of around 45 remote professionals, we also nurture two innovative startup ventures. As our React Native Developer, you'll report directly to Christopher Shaw, our founder and CEO.

Working at Shaw and Partners

We're looking for a creative Video Editor to edit videos and create animations/transitions primarily for our social media content. You'd collaborate with our marketing time, working on our main brand, as well as startup and music brands. Apply your editing expertise to enhance visual appeal and storytelling. Join us in crafting captivating videos that resonate with our audience!

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for content and help create script
• Edit raw footage into cohesive videos, applying visual effects and transitions
• Collaborate with content creators to understand project objectives
• Enhance videos with audio, music, and graphics as needed
• Maintain consistency in style and branding across videos
• Incorporate feedback to refine videos for final production
• Deliver finished clips/videos to the marketing specialist for posting or post

Requirements

• Experience in video editing with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Basic knowledge of video formats and codecs
• Creativity and attention to detail, as in a lot of jump cuts
• Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus

Shaw and Partners is a software development provider for high-profile startups with approximately 25 remote staff. We are also incubating two startups. Christopher Shaw, the founder and CEO, would be your manager. 

We are looking for a Research & Content Strategist to join our creative team and work 100% remotely.
The role focuses on using AI tools and online research to collect and organize information that will serve as the foundation for scripts, ad copy, case studies, and infographics.
Your goal will be to generate insights and ideas that power our marketing content and creative strategies.
 

Responsibilities:

• Research target audiences and industries (contacts, social profiles, data, and trends).
• Identify ideas, hooks, and viral trends for social media.
• Gather stories, hacks, and educational content from various industries.
• Interview clients or industry experts when necessary.
• Compile findings into strategic materials for the creative team.
   

Requirements: 

• Advanced or fluent english

• Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Shaw and Partners is a software development provider for high-profile startups with approximately 25 remote staff. We are also incubating two startups. Christopher Shaw, the founder and CEO, would be your manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify and track bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and internal standards

Technical requirements:

• Frustrated with poorly structured, inefficient, and unmaintainable code
• Experience with testing frameworks, building backend APIs and user-centric frontends
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals knowledge (algorithms, data structures, concurrency, etc.)

Languages you need to know:

• React.js, Node.js and TypeScript

It would be very nice if you had:

• Strong experience and interest in working with Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Next, and Responsive Web Design, state management patterns and solutions (e.g. Redux) ES2015+, HTML5 APIs and CSS3
• Working experience in Continuous Integration/Deployment
• B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• We don't have happy hours on Fridays because everyone works remotely, but there are online games if you arrange them with the team
• Do you have a doctor's appointment or a driving test in the middle of the week? No problem, you manage your own hours, you just have to keep an eye on when the client sends a message and requests a meeting
• It sounds a bit obvious, but for those who have never worked remotely, we don't require a dress code. You just can't show up without a shirt when you're on a video call, okay?
• If you refer a colleague to work with us and they are hired, after three months of your friend's employment contract, we'll pay you an allowance
• We're not Google, but our selection process is faster than theirs, you can trust us

About the role
We’re looking for UGC Creators to record short on-camera videos for paid social media ads and testimonial-style content.
This role involves filming yourself and providing natural voice delivery — no editing or posting is required.
 

Responsibilities

• Record short ad scripts (30–60 seconds) on camera
• Deliver clear, natural, conversational performance
• Follow provided scripts and direction
   

Who we’re looking for

• Confident, natural delivery (not overly “salesy”)
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• English: Native speaker or C1-C2 (Near-native pronunciation)
   

Requirements

• Good-quality camera or smartphone for video recording
• Clean audio and video (no background noise or distractions)
   

Nice to have

• Previous voiceover, on-camera, or UGC ad experience
• Testimonial-style or conversational ad delivery experience

• Вносити та оновлювати дані про відео в таблицях, внутрішніх системах або на платформах (назва, опис, теги, тривалість, мова, статус, автор, дата публікації).
• Організовувати та підтримувати відеобазу.
• Перевіряти та підтверджувати інформацію з наданих відео.
• Підтримувати команди контенту та монтажу інформацією й звітами щодо відеотеки.
• Перевіряти відповідність між файлами, назвами та метаданими.
   

Вимоги:

• Знання Excel / Google Sheets.

• Уважність та вміння підтримувати узгодженість даних.
