IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator / IT Specialist / IT Administrator / IT Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support in a small office environment. The core infrastructure is already in place (Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Kandji), and the focus will be on user support, endpoint management, optimization, and continuous fine-tuning.

You will be the primary point of contact for IT requests, supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints for on-site and remote users, while ensuring security, stability, and a great user experience.

Responsibilities

1. Identity & Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID)

·   Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user lifecycle management, groups, roles, and RBAC.

·   Manage and secure integrations with cloud applications and SaaS services.

·   Configure, monitor, and maintain Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.

·   Perform regular access reviews and ensure permissions align with internal security and compliance policies.

2. Endpoint & MDM Management

·   Configure, deploy, and manage MDM solutions for:

o   macOS (Kandji / Jamf)

o   Windows (Intune)

o   iOS and Android device

·   Maintain compliance, security baselines, and device health.

·   Continuously optimize MDM profiles, policies, and application deployments.

3. IT Support & Troubleshooting

·   Act as the single point of contact for IT support requests in the office.

·   Troubleshoot hardware, OS, application, and access problems efficiently.

·   Support users both on-site and remotely, ensuring minimal downtime.

·   Assist users with secure access to corporate applications and resources.

·   Escalate complex issues to administrators, vendors or external partners when required.

4. Jira Administration (Preferred)

·   Administer and maintain Jira (users, permissions, projects, workflows).

·   Support Jira users and troubleshoot access or configuration issues.

·   Ensure Jira configuration aligns with internal workflows, security, and data protection requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

·   3+ years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.

·   Clear communication skills and a user-oriented mindset.

·   Strong hands-on experience with endpoint support (Windows & macOS).

·   Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

·   Experience with MDM platforms such as Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or equivalent.

·   Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·   Nice to have familiarity with next-generation firewalls (NGFW) and core networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage advertising campaigns;
• Create ad copy and draft design briefs (TAs) for in-house graphic designers;
• Work with Binom tracker and our proprietary ad-tech solution to create and manage large-scale campaigns for internal products;
• Explore and master new services and platforms;
• Maintain a structured approach to tasks: analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role;
• 1+ year of experience within the Gambling/Betting vertical;
• Proficiency in English sufficient for effective communication with partners and colleagues;
• High level of focus and diligence (perseverance);
• Eagerness to learn: we are constantly evolving our internal ad-tech platform and integrating new traffic sources.

- searching for and attracting new partners in thematic public pages, forums, chats, exhibitions, etc (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, etc);

- managing and developing existing partners;

- consultation with partners on setup, statistics and traffic analytics;

- monthly check-ups (commissions) and control incoming traffic, suppress fraud (with the help of company tools and an analytic team);

- fulfilment of planned KPIs indicators by using company tools;

Influencer Manager 

• Searching for and attracting new partners (bloggers/influencers); • Managing partners; 
• Monitoring compliance with partnership agreements; 
• Analyzing partner performance and motivating them; 
• Preparing performance reports. 

Requirements: 
• Experience working with influencers. Tier-1 market is a plus; 
• Ability to analyze partner statistics; 
• Knowledge of CPA, RS, and Hybrid models; 
• Understanding of CPM, CPV, ROI, FTD, Retention, Gross, etc.; 
• B2/B2+ English; 
• Hunting and cold searching for partners; 
• Experience with Telegram and X networks is a plus; 
• Managing 30+ active partners.

Ти експерт у спортивній вертикалі. Маєш щонайменше 2 роки досвіду в affiliate marketing у Betting , розумієш специфіку спортивного трафіку та різні джерела: SEO, соцмережі, Telegram/Facebook-групи тощо.

Ти аналітик. Вмієш працювати з метриками (FTR, FTD, ROI, LTV), оцінювати якість трафіку та знаходити точки зростання.

Ти дипломат. Легко знаходиш спільну мову з партнерами, ведеш конструктивний діалог і вмієш досягати WIN–WIN.

Ти проактивний. Дієш швидко, мислиш стратегічно та вмієш самостійно закривати завдання без мікроменеджменту.

Англійська – твій мінімум (B2+).
