Summary
We’re a growing fintech startup seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong skills in TypeScript, React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. You’ll work on building and improving our financial platform that simplifies complex compliance and investment workflows.

In this role, you’ll own features from backend to frontend — designing APIs, architecting scalable systems, and building intuitive user interfaces that help small businesses and individuals manage their financial goals. You’ll join a small, collaborative team that values innovation, learning, and building software that truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Build modern, high-performing web interfaces with React and TanStack Query/Router.
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with other developers to deliver new features and improve existing systems.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following modern engineering practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work with Git and modern development tools (including Bun) for version control and automation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance product usability, performance, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in full stack JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React (required).
• Experience developing APIs and backend systems with NestJS or similar frameworks.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL required).
• Proficiency with Git (required).
• Can work Pacific (Los Angeles) Timezone
• Familiarity with TanStack Query/Router and Bun is a plus.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Comfortable working in a remote, startup environment where adaptability and initiative matter.
