📋 Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Gambling industry

• Experience with mono-brands and affiliate networks (multi-offer traffic generation, grey-hat promotion methods).

• Solid experience with PBN creation and optimization.

🎯Responsibilities:

• Regular launch and promotion of 30+ websites from scratch, including both branded and non-branded traffic.

• Focus on implementing and scaling up grey-hat promotion methods to achieve and maintain top rankings in the iGaming niche.

• Affiliate network management, including selecting top-performing offers, integrating affiliate links, and negotiating better deals (RS/CPA).

• Competitor intelligence and market monitoring in the affiliate niche to identify rising trends, high-converting keyword patterns, and hidden monetization strategies used by rival websites.

• Conversion Rate Optimization for affiliate traffic, collaborating with designers and content teams to run A/B tests on landing pages and CTAs to maximize FDs and clicks.

• Risk management and footprint safety control, ensuring complete isolation of the PBN network and affiliate sites to protect the portfolio from search engine penalties.

• Розробка та реалізація ефективних SEO-стратегій для affiliate-сайтів (white / grey / black hat).
• Ведення сітки проектів із різними SEO-стратегіями та профілями ризику.
• Запуск сайтів на WordPress під ключові SEO-цілі, налаштування CDN (Cloudflare та ін.).
• Впровадження автоматизації процесів (деплой сайтів, лінкбілдінг, контент, технічне SEO).
• Організація та контроль побудови посилального профілю. ( від white до black hat методів )
• Реагування на зміни алгоритмів, антикризове управління (фільтри, блокування).
• Координація із суміжними відділами для досягнення бізнес-цілей.

✅ Вимоги:

• SEO-досвід від 2х років
• Актуальний досвід в iGaming на останньому місці роботи
• Практичний досвід у нішах iGaming / Crypto / Betting.
• Реальні кейси просування на регульованих і нерегульованих ринках
• Глибокі знання On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO.
• Вміння працювати з PBN, outreach, crowd, автоматизацією лінкбілдінгу.
• Досвід запуску сайтів на WordPress, налаштування CDN, базові devops-навички.
• Вміння писати скрипти для автоматизації (Bash, Python, PHP).
• Аналітичне мислення та проактивність у впровадженні технічних рішень.
• Досвід роботи з Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog та ін.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager / Team Lead / Head with a strong technical background and expertise in the iGaming vertical, ready to take charge of an affiliate project portfolio across international markets. If you know how to automate processes, build large-scale PBN networks, and manage risks in high-risk GEOs, we will provide you with full autonomy and all the necessary resources to execute large-scale strategies.
 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for affiliate websites (grey / black hat).
• Managing a network of projects with diverse SEO strategies and risk profiles.
• Launching websites tailored to key SEO objectives and configuring CDNs (Cloudflare, etc.).
• Implementing process automation (website deployment, link building, content, technical SEO).

• Reacting promptly to algorithm updates and handling crisis management (manual actions, filters, blocks).
