We are looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer / Senior Architect who can design high-load systems, make key technical decisions, lead a team, and take full ownership of product architecture and technical evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-load, scalable systems
• Define service and database architectures
• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Make and own technical decisions and their implementation
• Optimize system performance and work with production environments
• Participate in deployment and maintenance of ML/DS models in production

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Strong experience in system design, high-load architecture, and database design
• Advanced knowledge of Python at Senior/Lead level
• Experience developing and optimizing production-grade APIs and services
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with ML/DS models in production is a plus
• Basic knowledge of C++
• Basic understanding of JavaScript / React Native
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP (required)
• Experience with RouterOS is a plus (will be actively used)
• Experience with WebRTC and Janus is a strong plus
• Experience with Mavlink (Ardupilot/PX4) is a strong plus
• Experience with ROS 2, IoT, or Embedded systems is desirable

Шукаємо молодого спеціаліста або студента з досвідом 1–2 роки для роботи у техпідтримці та допомоги Developer-команді.

Що потрібно:

Hard skills:

— базові знання Linux (робота в консолі, базові команди, робота з файлами та логами);
— розуміння мережевих основ (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSH);
— базовий досвід роботи з Docker (запуск контейнерів, базові команди, читання Dockerfile);
— робота з Git (клони, коміти, гілки, merge/pull requests);
— розуміння CI/CD на базовому рівні (буде плюсом досвід GitLab CI або GitHub Actions);
— базові навички моніторингу та логування (буде плюсом досвід з Grafana/Prometheus/ELK);
— вміння читати технічну документацію англійською;
— базовий досвід роботи з хмарними сервісами (AWS / GCP / Azure — буде плюсом).

Soft skills:

— відповідальність, бажання рости та вчитись;
— орієнтація на результат і дотримання строків;
— готовність працювати у команді та брати на себе комітмент;
— відсутність підходу «просто відсидіти робочі години».

Умови:

— графік: НД–ЧТ, вихідні ПТ–СБ;
— старт робочих зустрічей о 10:30, графік гнучкий;
— формат роботи: комбінований — 3–4 дні на тиждень в офісі, решта — дистанційно;
— можливі відрядження по Україні до 2–3 тижнів.
