Onboarding new customers, showing them how to work with our products.
Working closely with the local and international sales departments on improving services and products and delivering customers’ wishes and ideas to our development department.
Assisting in implementing our marketing and sales campaigns.
Needed:
English Native + German (C1) Full Professional proficiency or
German Native + English (C1) Full Professional proficiency
Experience in Customer Support
Experience with IT software or technical affinity
Experience in sales or affinity with sales (Cross-/Up-Sales/Retention)
As a plus:
Knowledge of business management desirable (B2B)
Experience in dealing with Amazon professionally.
Other language skills (French or Spanish would be the cherry on the cake).

You are a hunter with a true passion for sales. You proactively reach out to potential clients, spot opportunities, and close deals with expertise and personality. Your primary focus is new customer acquisition across Europe, especially in Germany and the United Kingdom.
You independently manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing. Cross-selling and upselling come naturally to you, and you recognize growth opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handover and long-term client satisfaction.Responsibilities:
- Actively acquire new customers for our SaaS tools in the Amazon ecosystem
- Identify and approach key decision-makers at management level
- Conduct product demos and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Perform cross- and upselling within existing accounts
- Attend trade fairs, events, and customer visits (occasional travel)
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Excellent communication and closing skills — phone and video alike
- Hunter mindset: motivated, goal-oriented, structured
- Customer-focused thinking and the ability to identify growth potential
- Independent, organized work style with high ownership
- Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally
- Fluent in German and English; Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus
