This opportunity is project-based and can be either a full-time or part-time engagement. (not an in-house position)

The duration of projects may vary, ranging from short-term to long-term commitments. Please note that compensation will be determined based on the hours worked as this is a contract-based collaboration.

About the project:

• Domain: Tourism
• Platform: a booking for passes for resorts in Europe
  • Vision: transform the fragmented, often frustrating experience of purchasing ski passes into a seamless digital journey while helping resorts reach new customers and optimize revenue.
  • Mission: become the dominant global platform for ski pass purchases by offering unprecedented comparison, convenience, and value.
• Team: the client’s side - Product Manager; Selecto’s side - Product Designer, Design Director, Senior FullStack developer (hiring), Strong Middle/Senior BA/PO (hiring).
• Timeline: at least 5 months with a possibility of prolongation, contract work; working hours in CET or EEST time zone

Skills List: 

• Strong command of discovery-phase methodologies
• Proven experience conducting customer interviews, including in-depth interviews, surveys, and Jobs-to-be-Done research
• Familiarity with frameworks like Customer Journey Mapping and Value Proposition Canvas
• Ability to identify user pain points, unmet needs, and behavioral patterns
• Experience building and validating product hypotheses based on user feedback and data
• Experience defining and prioritizing product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Excellent facilitation skills for stakeholder workshops and product discovery sessions

List of Responsibilities: 

• Plan and conduct discovery research to identify user needs, market opportunities, and product gaps.
• Create customer personas and map user journeys to inform product design and prioritization
• Perform in-depth competitor analysis and monitor market trends to ensure product differentiation and relevance
• Benchmark features, pricing models, and user experience across industry players
• Translate research findings into epics, user stories, and detailed product specifications
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog and ensure alignment with business and user goals
