Must-Have:
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation and Outreach;
- Excellent written and spoken English (Intermediate+);
- Strong analytical and research skills — experience with Apollo, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, Clay, Reply, LinkedHelper etc;
- Experience in outreaching cold leads and warming them up through LinkedIn campaigns and email automation (mass and ABM strategies);
- Confident in working with multiple LinkedIn accounts (3-4+) and managing large-scale email campaigns
- Skilled at identifying ICPs, building qualified databases, and validating message chains with the Chief BizDev;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, filters, grouping, dashboards);
- High attention to detail, persistence, and accountability;
- Comfortable performing routine research work and meeting KPIs (calls booked, data enrichment, CRM hygiene).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Instantly.ai, Clay, n8n, Coupler.io, Zapier, etc.) for data enrichment and outreach automation;
- Experience in sales qualification (BANT) and discovery calls with prospects;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and tech industry specifics;

- Ability to write custom outreach sequences and personalized bids for Upwork or Telegram channels.
Responsibilities:
- Research and generate new leads across multiple platforms and sources (LinkedIn, Email, niche communities, groups, etc.);
- Create and execute custom messaging chains and campaign strategies;
- Manage and automate outreach processes using AI tools and workflow automation;
- Collect and analyze B2B/B2C data to enhance targeting precision;
- Maintain daily tasks, reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), and KPI tracking;
- Collaborate closely with BizDev and marketing teams to validate ICPs and outreach hypotheses;
- Support company pipeline by identifying outbound project opportunities and filling bench positions.
