About the Project

We're building a content monetization platform for adult creators — think OnlyFans-style social network. The product is currently at MVP stage, with most user flows already designed and close to release.

This is a part-time, long-term engagement via Upwork (time tracker required, work from your Upwork profile).

What You'll Be Working On

Right now (pre-release):

• Minor UI polish and refinements before MVP launch
• Small edits to landing page layout and copy blocks
• Pixel-perfect adjustments across existing flows

After launch:

• Collaborate on product analytics and UX improvements based on real user data
• Design new user flows as the product grows and traffic increases
• Contribute to the ongoing product development alongside the core team

Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UI fundamentals: typography, spacing, color, visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently and handle feedback constructively
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (direct communication with a US-based client and their team, no middlemen)
• Comfort working on adult content platforms — this is a hard requirement, please apply only if you're okay with the domain
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with social networks, creator platforms, or marketplaces
• Basic understanding of UX analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar)
• Eye for mobile-first design

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned QA Automation Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will take ownership of the test automation strategy, drive quality standards, and help to build scalable testing infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Must-have qualifications:

• 5+ years in software quality assurance with a strong automation focus
• Expert-level JavaScript skills; Python or Java knowledge is a solid advantage
• Proven hands-on experience with WebdriverIO (WDIO); familiarity with Cypress, Appium, or Playwright is a plus
• Solid experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Practical knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong command of Git and version control workflows
• Experience using AI-powered testing and development tools to speed up test creation and defect detection
• Good understanding of testing methodologies: functional, regression, integration, performance, API, and end-to-end
• Upper-Intermediate English 
   

Nice to have qualifications:

• Experience with performance/load testing tools: Locust, JMeter, k6, Gatling
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience testing AI/ML-based applications, including model output validation
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
• Basic knowledge of security testing (OWASP Top 10, auth testing, secure API practices)
• Hands-on use of tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler
