We are looking for Unity Developer to join our team and help build, scale, and optimize interactive mechanics across our platform.
 

Requirements

• 2–4 years of commercial Unity development experience and solid knowledge of C#.
• At least one shipped WebGL or mobile project.
• Strong understanding of Unity performance optimization basics: draw calls, GC pressure, asset size, texture compression.
• Hands-on experience with real-time multiplayer solutions (Photon PUN / Fusion or similar).
• Comfortable with Git and a Merge Request (MR) based workflow.
• High attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
• English level B1 or higher, sufficient for effective written team communication.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience maintaining and updating multiple smaller projects rather than focusing on a single monolith.

We're looking for a Go developer to build new features and microservices for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-load microservices with a focus on low latency and resource efficiency.
• Design deterministic and predictable concurrent systems using Go.
• Conduct deep-dive code reviews, focusing on memory safety, allocation efficiency, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement robust unit and integration tests to ensure system stability under heavy load.
• Optimize database interactions and manage data integrity in a distributed environment.
   

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total backend development experience, including 3+ years of commercial experience with Go.
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with memory optimization.
• Solid experience with SQL.
• Understanding of predictable system design rather than just "Clean Architecture" templates.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with profiling tools to debug CPU and memory leaks.
• Knowledge of binary protocols and efficient data serialization.
• Experience with distributed systems and message brokers.
• Background in low-level languages or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry for deep system observability.

About the role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and ensure high quality of our mobile product. The role involves working with both frontend and backend parts of the application, with a focus on stability, test coverage, and release quality.

Hard requirements (must-have)

Experience

• 4–6+ years of experience in QA (manual + basic experience with Mobile automation)
• Strong experience in testing mobile applications (frontend and backend)
   

API & Backend

• Solid API testing skills (Postman, Swagger)
• Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON
• Experience with log analysis (e.g., DataDog, Sentry)
   

Processes & Methodologies

• Understanding of STLC / SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of CI/CD processes
   

Test Management & Documentation

• Test management systems (TestTrail, Qase)
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation:
  • test cases
  • checklists
  • test strategies
     

Testing Types

• Hands-on experience with:
• regression testing
• smoke testing
• functional testing
• non-functional testing (performance)

Tools & Workflow

• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira)
