SDK.finance, a Core Payment Platform, is looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of our projects in the FinTech domain.
 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in FinTech, Payments, or IT;
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA, DevOps, etc.);
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and a solid understanding of SDLC;
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills;
• Understanding of payment systems and transaction processing (experience in the FinTech domain is a plus);
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (ability to communicate with stakeholders, prepare project documentation, and conduct meetings).
  
   

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning to delivery and closure;
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives;
• Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and status updates;
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, including regular team and stakeholder meetings;
• Ensure that requirements, features, and deliverables are aligned with business priorities;
• Regularly report project status, risks, and results to top management;
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes within the team.
