🚀 We’re hiring! Product Project Managers

At ScrumLaunch, we continue to grow and are looking for 2 Project Managers to join our remote team across Latin America 🌎

We partner with fast-growing US startups, working closely with founders and engineering leaders to build and scale impactful web and mobile products.

🔎 Who we’re looking for

A proactive, business-oriented Project Manager with a strong product mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building efficient processes in dynamic environments.

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Project Management
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development projects (Web & Mobile)
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP)
• Experience defining workflows, estimating projects, and prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar
• Advanced English level (C1)
• Availability to communicate with clients in PST / EST time zones

🛠 Responsibilities

• Initiate new projects and implement effective project management processes
• Gather project requirements by working closely with stakeholders
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Ensure delivery within scope and timelines
• Resolve issues and manage risks proactively
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Onboard and support new team members
