We are looking for a Laravel Developer to join our international team, open to working in the EST time zone (available as needed until 4–5 PM EST / 23:00–00:00 Kyiv).

Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial development;
- Experience with similar projects (CRM/ERP systems).

Essential Technical Skills

PHP & Laravel:
- Strong experience with Eloquent ORM;
- Deep understanding of Laravel lifecycle;
- Knowledge of Laravel design patterns;
- Strong experience with Composition API;
- Understanding of reactivity and component lifecycle.

Database Skills:
- MySQL expertise;
- Query optimization experience;
- Understanding of database indexing and relationships;
- Experience with database transactions.

Additional Technical Skills

Experience with:
- RESTful API integration;
- OpenAPI (Swagger);
- JWT implementation;
- AWS services;
- Git version control;
- Docker containerization;
- CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills:
- Code refactoring skills;
- Understanding of SOLID principles;
- Clean code writing practices;
- Team collaboration;
- Problem-solving abilities;
- Quick learning capability;
- Good communication skills;
- English language proficiency (B2 or higher).

Would be a plus:

- Vue.js;
- Proficiency in Vue Router and state management;
- Experience with Vue.js components and props system;
- Experience building SPA applications using Inertia.js;
- Understanding of server-side and client-side rendering principles;
- Knowledge of Inertia.js best practices;
- Experience with Oracle API integration;
- Unit and integration testing experience;
- Experience with real-time applications;
- Knowledge of security best practices.

Objectives of this Role

- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs;
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
- Work with sales, project management, engineering and executive teams to ensure KPIs are being met and client milestones are being reached;
- Develop a thorough understanding of our clients products, ScrumLaunch’s service offerings, and internal processes to better upsell clients and build a referral network.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs;
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization;
- Manage the hourly output for services delivered to ensure contractual obligations are being met;
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in a customer service role (account management, sales, business developer in IT sphere);
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Strong written and communication skills in English (Advanced level);
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Effective time management skills;
- Multitasking, critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving skills;
- Work with EST timezone.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (Versatile) with 3-5 years of experience working across B2B, B2C, and SaaS products. 
The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with business thinking and user-centric decision-making.

- 3-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer in B2B, B2C, or SaaS environments;
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and industry-standard design tools;
- Proven ability to design for complex, data-driven systems with strong business logic understanding;
- Expertise in AI-powered design workflows;
- Experience in design system creation and management;
- Ability to deliver developer-ready assets, documentation, and specifications;
- Strong eye for detail and critical thinking.

Required Soft Skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams (сlients, developers, PMs, QA and other stakeholders);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strategic thinking with focus on delivering measurable results;
- Fast adaptability in changing environments;

* Availability to work partially overlapping with EST timezone, including meetings up to 7–8 PM Ukraine time.

Tech Interview Note:
Be ready to present 2 of your best case studies showcasing your process, business logic reasoning and results.
No test assignment - instead, you’ll present 2 real cases (B2B, B2C, or SaaS) during the tech interview.
 

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and tablet platforms, including complex SaaS products;
- Translate complex business logic into intuitive, user-friendly designs;
- Build and maintain design systems that ensure scalability and brand consistency;
- Execute rapid prototyping to validate concepts and accelerate delivery;
- Apply AI-powered design workflows to speed up ideation, iteration, and testing;
- Work as a versatile designer: handle projects independently while excelling in cross-functional collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
- Present and defend design decisions using best practices, research, and data;
- Ensure compliance with Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and accessibility standards.
