We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with exceptional visual craftsmanship who can elevate the quality of digital products through thoughtful interface design.

This role focuses on visual direction, UI craftsmanship, interaction design, rapid concept exploration, and high-quality execution across web, mobile, and SaaS products. You'll work within established product requirements and UX flows, collaborating closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and clients to transform complex product ideas into polished, intuitive, and production-ready interfaces.

This is a freelance/contract position. We plan to engage designers when projects require advanced visual expertise, creative direction, or additional execution capacity.

Required Hard Skills

• 5–7+ years of professional experience designing digital products as a UI Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
• Exceptional UI craftsmanship across typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, color, interaction design, and visual rhythm.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality product interfaces across web and mobile applications.
• Ability to define visual direction and elevate the perceived quality of a product through thoughtful interface design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to improve existing user flows through visual design rather than redesigning product strategy.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can independently solve complex product problems and translate business requirements into clear, scalable, and user-centered experiences.

This role is focused on product thinking, UX strategy, business logic, information architecture, complex user flows, and evidence-based design decisions.

You will work directly with clients, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. You should be comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous product challenges, facilitating discussions, aligning different perspectives, and guiding a project from early discovery to implementation.

Strong visual design skills are required, but the primary focus of this position is product reasoning and the ability to design systems and experiences that work in real business environments.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience in a data-heavy environment.
