Objectives of this Role

- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs;
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
- Work with sales, project management, engineering and executive teams to ensure KPIs are being met and client milestones are being reached;
- Develop a thorough understanding of our clients products, ScrumLaunch’s service offerings, and internal processes to better upsell clients and build a referral network.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs;
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization;
- Manage the hourly output for services delivered to ensure contractual obligations are being met;
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in a customer service role (account management, sales, business developer in IT sphere);
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Strong written and communication skills in English (Advanced level);
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills;

We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer (BE-Heavy) – Next.js / AWS Lambda / POS Integrations to own the architecture and implementation of the platform.
This is a technical leadership role: they’ll design the system, lead implementation, shape the roadmap with the founders, and set the engineering and AI-assisted development standards for the project.

Frontend
- Next.js (React, ideally TypeScript);
- React Native for the mobile client;
- Component-based architecture, responsive design, accessibility best practices.

Backend / Infrastructure
- Node.js / TypeScript;
- AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM (CDK / CloudFormation / Terraform is a plus);
- REST APIs & webhooks, event-driven patterns;
- POS / 3rd-party integrations: CleanCloud, Launch27, SwiftCo (or similar);
- Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL or DynamoDB.

AI & Developer Tooling
- Daily use of AI coding tools: Cursor, Claude Code (or similar), GitHub Copilot;
- Experience structuring work so that AI tools can generate scaffolding while you ensure architecture and quality;
- Understanding of LLM concepts: prompts, tools/functions, context windows, limitations;
- Nice-to-have: experience with simple agentic workflows (e.g., multi-step AI tools that call APIs, read/write data, or run checks automatically).

Engineering Practices
- Git + PR workflow, code review culture;
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.);
- Automated testing (unit, integration, E2E);
- Observability: structured logging, metrics, dashboards, alerting;
- Security: auth/RBAC, secret management, least-privilege IAM.

Must-Have
- 5+ years as a Full-Stack or Back-End Engineer, including senior / lead responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and AWS (Lambda + API Gateway) in production.
- Deep understanding of web system architecture and integration patterns.
- Solid experience with Next.js / React (including performance and SEO considerations).
- Proven track record of 3rd-party integrations (POS, payments, logistics, etc.).

- Advanced experience with at least one AI coding tool (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.):
○ You know how to structure tasks for AI,
○ You always validate and refactor AI output,
○ You’ve used AI to speed up real production work, not just demos.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL data modeling and migrations.
- Real-world experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
- Advanced English for direct communication with US stakeholders.
- High level of ownership and independence.

Nice-to-Have
- Production experience with React Native.
- Experience launching projects from scratch to production as Tech Lead / Principal / Staff.
- Experience building simple LLM-powered tools or agents (e.g., scripts that combine LLM calls with APIs/DB).
- Background in FinTech, e-commerce, or on-demand/booking services.

We’re looking for 2 experienced QA Engineers to join a fast-growing SaaS platform used daily by thousands of schools, teams, and organizations. Our product allows users to easily create stunning graphics, videos, newsletters, and touchscreen experiences—all without design skills.

You’ll work on a complex, high-impact system with powerful editors, multi-workspace management, social integrations, and a wide range of interconnected modules that evolve constantly. If you enjoy challenging products, deep testing, and having real influence on quality across the entire platform, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for testing a large-scale web application end-to-end, covering everything from feature validation to release checks and automation. Your day-to-day will include:

• Manual testing across multiple interconnected modules (functional, regression, smoke, exploratory).
• Reviewing requirements, identifying gaps, and turning them into clear test scenarios.
• Prioritizing your testing based on risks, dependencies, and product impact.
• Writing detailed bug reports with solid context (network logs, repro videos, environment/role details).
• Cross-browser and cross-platform testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Windows/Mac/iOS/Android).
• Testing OAuth/auth flows, email flows, role/permission logic, and workspace-based access control.
• Working with complex editors (media uploading, drag-and-drop, rendering, animations, performance).
• Validating deployments in both test/stage and production environments.
• Maintaining and optimizing smoke/regression packs for fast and reliable releases.
• Creating and maintaining automated tests in Playwright.
• Collaborating closely with PMs, Leads, Developers, and Designers to ensure smooth releases.
• Proactively spotting risks, inconsistencies, and hidden dependencies before they become issues.

What we’re looking for

Experience: 3–5 years in QA (manual focus, plus automation with Playwright).
Languages: English (B1+) and Ukrainian (Native).
Location: Remote, Europe.

Hard Skills

• 2+ years of commercial QA work testing web products (SaaS ideal).
• Strong experience with multi-module platforms and large, evolving systems.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, test design techniques, release processes.
• Skilled at writing clear test cases, checklists, and structured bug reports.
• API testing experience (REST, auth flows, integrations).
• Strong use of DevTools (Network/Console/Storage/Application/Performance).
• Experience testing social integrations, Stripe, HubSpot, Retool, etc.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS basics, DOM, cookies, CORS, OAuth.
• Cross-browser + cross-platform testing (Web + Mobile browsers).
• Experience with roles/permissions models and paid plan limitations.
• Nice-to-have: testing visual editors, video processing, performance/load testing.
• Experience with automation—Playwright required.

We’re looking for a Frontend React Developer to join a fast-growing SaaS company whose tools are used daily by thousands of schools, teams, and organizations. Our platform enables users to easily create stunning graphics, videos, newsletters, and touchscreen experiences—all without design skills.

We’re now also building a CMS platform for managing a large network of Digital Signage devices (media players and web browsers). This includes remote content management based on web pages, real-time device monitoring, sending commands to update content, scheduling playback, and much more. It’s a complex and exciting product with plenty of opportunities to take ownership and build high-impact features.

You will work within a highly dynamic environment, contributing to new feature development, architecture discussions, and performance optimization across a modern React-based frontend stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop new UI features and core application logic for the web platform.
• Participate in frontend architecture discussions and implementation planning.
• Maintain, refactor, and improve the existing codebase.
• Work with REST and GraphQL APIs; collect, transform, and process JSON data.
• Use the Canvas API for image processing and rendering.
• Collaborate closely with the team during planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Identify and fix bugs using monitoring tools such as Sentry.
• Optimize performance and ensure smooth functionality across browsers and devices.

• Contribute to the development of a kiosk-mode application builder for customizable offline/public terminal apps.

   

Required Skills

• 2+ years of commercial experience in web development.
• Strong knowledge of React.js (hooks, context API, memoization, state management).
• Experience with React Router.
• Solid understanding of React component lifecycle and effect management.
• Confident working with Redux or MobX.
• Ability to read, debug, and write vanilla JavaScript.

You must be able to:

• Generate and refactor code collaboratively with AI.
• Automate repetitive tasks.
• Troubleshoot and analyze code with AI suggestions.

• Understand the limitations of AI agents and apply proper human validation.
