An international company is looking for an experienced financial specialist/accountant for a project with a foreign client.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling daily accounting tasks and bank reconciliations.
• Preparing financial statements and participating in month-end closing.
• Working with budgets, forecasts, and large volumes of data in Excel.
• Maintaining documentation and assisting with audit preparation.
• Communicating with the client in German (written and spoken).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Excel—working with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets.
• German—intermediate level (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to perform repetitive/monotonous tasks.
• Residence in Ukraine (remote position, but preference given to candidates from Ukraine).

Scalivo is a German operational & customer service outsourcing partner for European businesses. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on B2B Sales Heavy Hitter based in Ukraine to drive our next phase of growth.

💡 Note on the role: This is an individual contributor role for a true "hunter", not a managerial position. You will own new business development end-to-end — from cold outreach to closing high-value deals.

What You Will Do

• Prospecting & Outreach: Develop and optimize cold email and LinkedIn campaigns to target senior decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, VPs) at European companies.
• Pipeline & Deal Management: Conduct discovery calls, understand complex business needs, build commercial cases, and manage your own pipeline.
• Closing: Persistently follow up, negotiate, and close significant B2B deals (target: 2–4 major accounts/year).
• Process Optimization: Test messaging, learn from market feedback, and continuously refine our sales playbook.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Experience in selling services/solutions (not just SaaS products) with undefined or evolving sales processes.
• Fluent English (C1/C2): Exceptional written and spoken skills to comfortably challenge and pitch to European C-level executives.
• Proactive "Hunter" Mindset: You don’t wait for inbound leads; you build opportunities from scratch via cold outreach and LinkedIn.
• Strategic & Hands-on: Ability to think strategically about targeting while staying comfortable doing the actual outreach and follow-ups yourself.

• Location: Based in Ukraine (to align with our core operational teams).

   

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

• First 6 months: Build a qualified, high-value pipeline and close your first meaningful enterprise customer.

• Long-term: Secure 2–4 major strategic client partnerships per year.
