Scalivo is a German operational & customer service outsourcing partner for European businesses. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on B2B Sales Heavy Hitter based in Ukraine to drive our next phase of growth.

💡 Note on the role: This is an individual contributor role for a true "hunter", not a managerial position. You will own new business development end-to-end — from cold outreach to closing high-value deals.

What You Will Do

• Prospecting & Outreach: Develop and optimize cold email and LinkedIn campaigns to target senior decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, VPs) at European companies.
• Pipeline & Deal Management: Conduct discovery calls, understand complex business needs, build commercial cases, and manage your own pipeline.
• Closing: Persistently follow up, negotiate, and close significant B2B deals (target: 2–4 major accounts/year).
• Process Optimization: Test messaging, learn from market feedback, and continuously refine our sales playbook.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Experience in selling services/solutions (not just SaaS products) with undefined or evolving sales processes.
• Fluent English (C1/C2): Exceptional written and spoken skills to comfortably challenge and pitch to European C-level executives.
• Proactive "Hunter" Mindset: You don’t wait for inbound leads; you build opportunities from scratch via cold outreach and LinkedIn.
• Strategic & Hands-on: Ability to think strategically about targeting while staying comfortable doing the actual outreach and follow-ups yourself.

• Location: Based in Ukraine (to align with our core operational teams).

   

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

• First 6 months: Build a qualified, high-value pipeline and close your first meaningful enterprise customer.

• Long-term: Secure 2–4 major strategic client partnerships per year.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to help us turn customer needs, business requirements and product ideas into software that reaches production quickly and with high quality.

We are a fast growing German B2B SaaS company building software for businesses with recurring customer relationships. Our platform covers subscriptions, payments, bookings, access, accounting, reporting, customer data and related processes.

We work with customers across Central Europe, from growing businesses to large enterprises and public organizations.

You will work closely with our founders, Product and Engineering teams, with direct communication, mutual trust and plenty of room to take ownership and shape how we work.

What you will do
 

• Understand business requirements, customer needs and the underlying problems to solve.
• Turn requirements into clear product concepts, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define product logic, workflows, edge cases and expected behavior together with Product and Engineering.
• Break complex topics into small, valuable and independently shippable increments.
• Maintain a structured backlog that is ready for implementation and aligned with agreed product priorities.
• Work closely with engineers throughout implementation and make product decisions when questions arise.
• Validate completed work and make sure the intended product experience reaches production.

What we are looking for
 

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to product logic, workflows and edge cases.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to understand the problem behind a requirement.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar software product role.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and structured product specifications.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Good understanding of SaaS products and software development.
• Confidence with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, data flows and system dependencies.
• A structured, reliable and independent way of working.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience with B2B SaaS is a plus.

You do not need to be a developer. You should, however, enjoy understanding complex business processes, discussing solutions with engineers and turning ideas into products that are simple and reliable for users.

Scalivo builds operational and financial teams for European companies. Our teams operate as internal departments of the client, rather than as external service providers.

For one of our key clients (Berlin, Germany), we are strengthening the finance department and are looking for a Senior Accountant who will work directly with the company’s CFO. This is a role with a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to lead a team in the future.

Your Role

Your task is to independently manage the company’s accounting and prepare financial statements (close out reporting periods), streamline reporting processes, and work side-by-side with the CFO. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of working independently, is ready to take on responsibility, and is capable of working in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of daily accounting operations.
• Working in the Odoo system (or similar ERPs: SAP, NetSuite, DATEV, etc.).
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable (AP/AR).
• Monitoring cash flow and reconciling bank accounts and balance sheets.
• Ensuring compliance with German and EU accounting requirements.
• Optimizing and documenting accounting processes.
• In the event of team expansion - participating in recruitment and mentoring new accountants (a team of up to 5 people).

Our expectations for the candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• English or German — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (daily working language). 
• Solid experience working with ERP systems.
• Understanding of month-end closing processes and international reporting standards.
• Experience working with German or international companies.
• High level of self-organization, pragmatism, and reliability.
• Willingness to take on a role that may evolve (from an independent specialist to a Lead Accountant).
