About the Client & Role

For one of our key clients — a Berlin-based international brand creating premium wallets and lifestyle accessories — we are looking for a Accessory Designer (bags, leather goods) / Industrial Designer, who can take ownership from idea to production.
This role is hands-on. You will design products, build prototypes, and work directly with manufacturers to bring them to market.

You should be comfortable working without much hand-holding and enjoy turning ideas into real products.

What you’ll do

• Develop new products independently for a design-driven wallet and lifestyle brand
• Research trends, materials, and innovations in the soft goods space
• Take products from idea to final sample (incl. tech packs and specifications)
• Communicate directly with manufacturers until production readiness

• Iterate and test prototypes with a strong focus on function, quality, and design

   

What you bring

• Experience in soft goods (e.g. wallets, bags, accessories)
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) — you must be comfortable communicating with international partners.
• Strong sense for minimalist, high-quality design
• Structured and independent way of working
• Solid understanding of materials, construction, and production processes

• Confident with design tools (e.g. Illustrator, CAD)
