We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who gets excited about turning messy product truth into a clear, memorable narrative—and then spreading it everywhere our buyers hang out.
What you’ll own- Brand awareness & narrative. Craft the “why Scalemate” story and keep it consistent across everything.
- Social presence (primarily LinkedIn). Company page, founder ghostwriting, and campaigns that spark replies — not yawns.
- Content engine. Carousels, case studies, landing copy, launch threads, short videos, emails, and the occasional long-form piece that actually gets read.
- Tone of Voice. Define it, document it, and police it with love.
- Community & partnerships. Spotlight power users, creators, and agencies; turn them into advocates.
This is not for you if…You want a rigid 9–6, a content calendar that never changes, or three approvals before a tweet. We co-own the product and we ship.
