We are looking for a candidate for the Business Analyst position to join a foreign telecom operator project.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the business needs of the internal/external customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing the solution architecture
• Expert evaluation of the customer’s project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.)
• Agreement of requirements between the internal/external customer and other parties to the process
• Design of technical solutions and managing their life cycle
• Modeling of business processes and developing a solution model
• Planning and organizing testing of solutions by the customer
• Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions

• Preparation of orders within the company for performing work on IT platforms

   

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects for at least 5 years
• Experience in telecom with Billing, Online Charging, Order Management systems
• Understanding REST architecture, basics of DBMS
• Professional knowledge of UML notation
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence
• Strong skills in working with SQL queries
• Analytical thinking, ability to formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project/task
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English level

We are looking for a System Analyst with experience in telecom and IT projects to join a project for a telecom operator. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing system architectures, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and analyze the architecture and interaction of existing telecom, IT, and BSS systems
• Analyze business needs of internal/external clients, consider possible limitations, and design solution architecture
• Provide expert evaluation of project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.)
• Align requirements between internal/external stakeholders and other involved parties
• Analyze complex business processes and model them using UML or BPMN

• Design system architecture and define detailed system requirements

   

Qualifications:

• Higher education, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics
• Experience in telecom domain
• Experience working with systems such as Billing, CRM, DWH, and others
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in IT projects
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc.) and TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP infrastructure is a plus
• Understanding of REST architecture and basics of DBMS
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to gather, formalize, and document business requirements within a project/task
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and technologies
• Project management skills: project planning, RACI matrices, conducting meetings, documenting meeting notes
• Ability to effectively collaborate with different company departments (emails, meetings, tasks) and take responsibility for delivering results

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

   

Would be a plus:

• Experience with MS Project
• Experience with large-scale projects and working with multiple enterprise-level systems

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Middle Java Developer with strong skills to join a project with a Ukrainian telecom operator.

Requirements:

— 4 or more years of commercial experience in Java

— Strong knowledge of OOP, Design patterns

— Solid knowledge of Java Core (Java 17), including memory model, collections, streams, generics, multithreading

— Spring framework (Boot, Web, Data, Security), including Async

— REST API

— ORM Hibernate

— SQL (MariaDB, Oracle)

— Maven, Gradle

— Team player with good communication skills

— Technical English

— Higher technical education

Would be a plus:

— Experience with Docker

— Basic Linux and Bash

— Profiling tools, thread dumps, understanding thread states

— Experience with Mockito, JUnit, Mockservers, Testcontainers (mock vs spy)

— Kafka

— CI/CD (Git, Gitlab, Artifactory)

— Jira and Confluence

— Understanding of idempotency in APIs

Job Responsibilities:

Які основні задачі до виконання

• Аналіз бізнес-потреб внутрішнього/зовнішнього замовника, урахування можливих обмежень та розробка архітектури рішення
• Експертне оцінювання проєктної документації замовника (брифи, концепції, інше)
• Узгодження вимог між внутрішнім/зовнішнім замовником та іншими сторонами процесу
• Проєктування технічних рішень та керування їхнім життєвим циклом
• Моделювання бізнес-процесів та розробка моделі рішення
• Планування та організація тестування рішень замовником
• Підготовка технічної документації (функціональні/нефункціональні вимоги), інструкції користувача
• Підготовка наказів всередині компанії для виконання робіт на IT платформах

Яка кваліфікація та досвід необхідні

• Вища освіта (бажана математична, телеком, технічна)
• Досвід роботи на посаді бізнес або системного аналітика в IT проєктах від 3-х років
• Розуміння REST-архітектури, досвід роботи з БД
• Професійне знання нотації UML
• Досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence
• Ґрунтовні навички роботи з SQL запитами
• Аналітичне мислення, вміння збирати, формалізувати та документувати бізнес-вимоги в рамках проєкту/завдання
• Англійська мова (технічна, розмовна)
