We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to a telemedicine platform that connects pediatricians with families through online consultations.

Project: The platform provides insured medical services, allowing parents to schedule appointments, receive therapist consultations via Zoom, and obtain prescriptions and treatment plans. The system integrates scheduling features, video conferencing, and secure data management to ensure seamless interactions between therapists, parents, and children.

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to our clients and services, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This position is vital in supporting our therapists as they provide high-quality care in clients’ home settings.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter client information and therapy data into our systems.
• Organize and maintain electronic files to ensure easy access to information.
• Transcribe documents and reports as needed to support therapy staff.
• Utilize office software, including pivot tables, to effectively manage data.
• Collaborate with the development team to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
• Work on creating a knowledge base and employee questionnaires to conduct monthly training for the non-technical administrative teams.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am — 4pm PST (18:00-2:00 Kyiv Zone)

About project:
We are developing a comprehensive B2B marketplace platform and an innovative fintech application. A critical component of this platform is the Universal Financial Core, designed to handle all financial operations securely, reliably, and in compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis/Functional analysis experience;
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
• Experience with the Financial / FinTech domain;
• Experience with ledgers or core banking;
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements;
• Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives;
• Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus);
• Fluent with SQL, XML, JSON;
• Great Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Communication & Soft Skills:

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment;
• English Level B2 at least.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Financial or a related field;
• CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or other Business Analysis certifications (nice to have).

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python;
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain;
• Experience with embeddings and vector databases;
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on customer value;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Responsibilities:

• Support and extend the existing agentic AI infrastructure;
• Develop new functionality in the agent layer and adjust existing workflows;
