Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

Programming

• Design and implement extensible APIs for our customers
• Develop new features related to regulated markets, partners requirements and more
• Implement distributed and scalable solutions
• Develop load/performance/stress testing tools
• Create integration tests and maintain Java codebase

Critical thinking and mentorship

• Maintain self-driven learning, researching and suggesting new ways to improve our platform
• Review colleagues’ code and provide constructive feedback to your team members
• Provide support to other junior and middle team members
• Freedom to communicate technical ideas and direction on our platform by working closely with other senior peers and Product

Production and delivery

• Acquire extensive business domain knowledge and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
• Work through all stages of software delivery lifecycle: iterative discovery and designing solutions to development, testing, release and maintenance

• Actively participating in solution design and responsible for taking these decisions to ensure scalability and meeting business requirements

   

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Java SE developer
• Experience designing and building high-throughput systems
• Working with NoSQL databases and data partitioning as a plus
• Solid experience in Object-Oriented analysis and design
• Experience with Relational DBs MySQL is a must
• Experience in REST API development/implementation will be a plus
• Autonomy, the ability to analyze requirements, and the capability to clarify them with operators (clients or partners) when necessary
• An analytical mindset is essential

• Responsible for efficient project management of Products (including Budget and Resource requesting, Risk Management and Reporting)
• Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Delivering projects of varying sizes, types, and complexity within the committed timeline in line with the roadmap
• Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

• 3+ years of experience in project management in IT
• Strong knowledge of project management, understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
• Experience in working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Jira Plans, Monday, Confluence, Excel, Retro Tools
• Understanding of SDLC
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Test and validate ETL processes designed by our team to ensure data accuracy and performance standards
• Develop and deploy automated testing frameworks to streamline our data operations
• Work closely with the data engineering team to diagnose issues and optimize ETL processes
• Regularly update data governance practices and participate in strategic projects to enhance data quality across various platforms, including MySQL, Snowflake, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Document and report data quality status to stakeholders, suggesting improvements and implementing solutions
   

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• Proficiency in SQL and databases
• Demonstrated ability to test and troubleshoot ETL processes
• Strong familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Snowflake
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Upper intermediate level of English or higher
   

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Experience with cloud services, particularly GCP
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
