    About Us: We are a fast-growing tech startup building innovative solutions to disrupt the industry. Our mission is to create a game-changing product, and we need a dynamic team to make it happen. We’re looking for a passionate Talent Scout to help us assemble a world-class startup team.

    Role Overview: As a Startup Talent Scout, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to fuel our startup’s growth. This is a project-based role focused on results, with compensation tied to the successful placement of candidates who complete their probationary period. You’ll work closely with our founders to understand our vision and build a team that aligns with our culture and goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and engage high-caliber candidates for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., developers, product managers, designers, marketers).
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
    • Collaborate with founders to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
    • Manage the recruitment process from outreach to offer acceptance.
    • Ensure candidates are a strong fit for the fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, ideally in tech or startup environments.
    • Strong understanding of startup culture and the ability to identify candidates who thrive in dynamic settings.
    • Exceptional sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, or niche job boards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently on a project basis.
    • Familiarity with technical roles and skills (e.g., software development, UX/UI design) is a plus.
