THE ROLE

This is a backend-focused Full-Stack Engineering role to architect complex core platform systems and expand internal tools. It involves shipping production-grade server-side features in Go while contributing to the React frontend to deliver complete end-to-end features.

You will design and deploy production AI/LLM functionality directly into our product ecosystem while leveraging AI tools day-to-day to accelerate development

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services and core platform systems in Go and NodeJS/TS.
• Design and ship production-grade AI/LLM integrations, intelligent features, and internal tools.
• Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces in React to deliver complete end-to-end functionality.
• Utilize modern AI tools and agents (such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot) to accelerate daily coding, testing, and system design.
• Collaborate closely with team members to assess architecture risks, estimate timelines, and optimize system performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 5+ years of commercial experience building and running large-scale, production systems
• 3+ years of production experience with Go/NodeJS/TS on the backend - or strong production experience with another backend language (e.g. Java, C#) 
• Hands-on production experience building AI/LLM-powered features into a product (e.g. RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM API integrations, prompt-driven features) - not just personal experimentation.
• Working proficiency in React (or a similar modern UI framework) and comfort moving between frontend and backend code as needed
• Experience with cloud platforms and their core services (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Experience with at least two of the following: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or other NoSQL DB), Redis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with broader ML/data science technology beyond LLM-based features
• Experience fine-tuning models or working with model evaluation/observability tooling, building harnesses.
• Prior contributions to open-source projects or libraries

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the development of the internal platforms and tools that power our business. This includes building the back-office systems, acquisition and monetization products that allow us to evaluate, acquire, and scale mobile apps efficiently. 

You will also play a role in shaping AI-driven systems that support our acquisition strategy, helping us identify and act on the most promising opportunities. Working closely with engineering, monetization, data, operations teams and the leadership, you’ll ensure our tools are reliable, scalable, and create real business impact.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of building tools and platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business audiences; aligns cross-functional teams and works comfortably in Scrum/Agile.
• Strong with metrics and monitoring: defines the right signals and tracks project and product performance against them
• Takes full ownership - from problem definition through delivery and operation
• A structured problem-solver who balances business needs with technical tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with the mobile app development and release lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud preferred) comfortable to think through architecture and its tradeoffs.
• Solid system-design instincts: designs and critiques APIs, and can evaluate scaling limits before they bite.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual language of Rounds across a wide range of projects.

This is a hands-on role for a designer with a strong visual eye, excellent craft, and the ability to turn ideas and briefs into clear, polished, and engaging designs.

The role will focus primarily on branding and graphic design, while also touching on digital and UI design across our mobile app portfolio. Experience with motion is a strong plus.

You’ll collaborate with different teams, working across different types of projects and helping us build a strong, consistent, and scalable visual language.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rounds’ visual language across different touchpoints.
• Design brand materials, presentations, social content, event materials, campaigns, and other visual assets.
• Work on UI-related projects and visual improvements across our mobile app portfolio.
• Translate briefs, concepts, and business needs into strong visual solutions.
• Build reusable templates, components, and visual systems that help improve consistency and scalability.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech, digital, or fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

As a lead generation specialist within our acquisitions team, your role goes beyond more research and initial contact with potential app sellers by outbound calling. You'll be the primary point of contact, responsible for guiding and supporting app owners throughout the entire acquisition process. Besides identifying and initiating discussions with app sellers, your duties involve also fostering relationships, persuading sellers to consider acquisition, and negotiating app prices to ensure mutually beneficial deals. 
 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• Proven Phone Sales Experience: Track record in high-volume Cold Calling and Outbound B2B phone pitching (Lead Generation / Sales)
• 1+ years of sales/lead generation experience
• Ability to answer promptly and accurately the queries of both app sellers and internal teams, and to represent the company in a professional way
• Experience working with the Google Workspace tools (documents/spreadsheets)
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data (such as payments)
