Requirements:

• Fluency in English - B2, both written and spoken,
• Understanding of web development or design principles
• Be curious, proactive, and open to feedback
• The ability to identify clients’ needs and transform them into tasks
• Proficiency in concise and impactful presentations

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with preparing proposals
• Help with client communication: follow-up emails, messages, and basic coordination
• CRM management: updating client data, notes after calls etc
• Shadow sales calls to learn client communication and negotiation flow
• Prepare basic sales-related documents and presentations

• Help with researching potential clients and markets

   

The Offer:

• Base salary + KPI.
• Schedule Mo-Fr 10-18
• Once you start closing deals commission: 5-10%, the Volume of 1 project: $30K+
• Budget allocated for necessary platforms and services
• Minimal hierarchy in the work environment
• Paid vacations: 24 days per year

• Paid sick leaves 2 weeks and holidays 12 days

Rondesignlab is looking for a skilled Sales Manager with strategic thinking to level up sales for the company, where the marketing department will help you do so (leads: 90% inbound and only 10% outbound).

Requirements:

• Successful prior experience in IT Sales
• Fluency in English — both written and spoken, B2+
• The ability to identify client’s needs and transform them into tasks
• Proficient in concise and impactful presentations

• Familiarity with EU and US markets

  Nice to Have Experience:

• Understanding the principles of web design development
• Knowledge of Figma for presentations

Responsibilities:

• Run successful sales, and upselling activities
• Maintain/develop relationships with clients and company partners
• Conduct negotiations and presentations
• Prepare necessary docs (proposals, call reports etc)
• Identify client needs
• CRM management
• Handle objections

The Offer:

• Base salary + Commission: 5-10%
• The Volume of 1 project: $50K+

Вимоги:

• Уміння перетворювати запит бізнесу у вакансію (складати профіль кандидата, скоркард, будувати етапи найму)
• Підтверджений досвід закриття вакансій: технічних і не технічних.
• Знання нестандартних каналів пошуку талантів.
• Уміння розставляти пріоритети, працювати в режимі багатозадачності та зберігати гнучкість.
• Уміння ефективно комунікувати з кандидатами та вибудовувати нетворк.
• Самостійність.
  Буде плюсом:
• Навчання на курсах з рекрутменту, сорсингу.

Обов’язки:

• Ефективний активний пошук кандидатів за допомогою різних каналів, соціальні мережі, LinkedIn, x-Ray, Boolean search і т.д.
• Координувати загальний процес підбору персоналу: визначати пріоритети, узгоджувати терміни, підтримувати здоровий пайплайн.
• Пропонувати поліпшення процесу найму на всіх етапах (відстежувати ключові метрики time-to-hire, conversion rate, offer acceptance і визначати, де процеси потребують покращення).
• Працювати з Hiring Managers: проводити intake-зустрічі, отримувати фідбек, координувати фінальні зустрічі.
• Ведення бази кандидатів Hurma.
• Створювати та підтримувати зв’язок з потенційними кандидатами для майбутніх можливостей.
