    We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager who’s ready to grow with us, learn from one of the strongest sales teams in the industry, and develop into a confident professional working with clients from the Fortune 500 list. What matters most is your mindset, communication skills, and desire to learn.


    Requirements:

    • Fluency in English - C1, both written and spoken, 
    • Knowledge of Gsuite, Notion, Figma (for visual presentations)
    • Understanding of web development or design principles
    • Be curious, proactive, and open to feedback
    • The ability to identify client’s needs and transform them into tasks
    • Proficiency in concise and impactful presentations

       

    Personality:

    • Positive team player – good relationships are essential  
    • Proactive, purposeful, initiative
    • Emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients
    • Self-organized, reliable and results-oriented

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Run successful sales, and upselling activities
    • Market analysis and constant exploration of new sales opportunities
    • Maintain/develop relationships with clients and company partners
    • Conduct negotiations and presentations
    • Prepare necessary docs
    • Identify client needs, handle objections
    • CRM management

     

    The Offer:

    • Base salary + Commission: 5-10%
    • The Volume of 1 project: $50K+
