Requirements :
● 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer (engineering background preferred)
● strong hands-on experience with on-premises or private cloud environments, including Kubernetes (k8s) and its ecosystem
● proven expertise with Ansible or Terraform for automation and provisioning
● proficiency in Git and GitLab CI for version control and pipeline management
● solid understanding of Linux systems, virtualization, and networking fundamentals
● experience with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., ELK stack)
● strong scripting skills for automation and tooling
● detail-oriented, with excellent documentation and organizational skills
● strong communication and teamwork abilities
● creative, pragmatic mindset for finding effective solutions to complex infrastructure challenges
● English — Upper-intermediate level or higher
What you will do :● collaborate with engineering and QA teams to improve system stability, scalability, and developer productivity
● design, implement, and maintain on-premises and private cloud infrastructure (including virtualization platforms and k8s clusters)
● own and evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) to ensure fast, reliable, and consistent delivery
● work with the central DevOps group on feature design reviews, architecture, and infrastructure improvements
● automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible or Terraform
● provide infrastructure support for engineering and QA teams, including test environments, automation frameworks, and monitoring setups
● develop scripts and tools to automate workflows and optimize performance
● research and evaluate new technologies, introducing innovative solutions to boost engineering efficiency and operational excellence
