What we expect from our candidate:

1. Experience working with websites targeting the USA, UK, and Canada.
2. Understanding of E-E-A-T and YMYL
3. Proficiency with Ahrefs.
4. Knowledge of Google Search Console.
5. Ability to conduct deep technical website audits.
6. Experience setting tasks for developers and copywriters.
7. Ability to perform niche and competitor analysis.
8. Collecting the semantic core and building the structure for future websites.
9. Skill in performing On-Page optimization.
10. Identifying engaging topics that can serve as traffic growth points for the site.
11. Finding high-quality platforms for link placement.
12. Conducting outreach: contacting site owners and negotiating link placements.
13. Creating internal linking strategies based on current page rankings.
14. Creating a monthly link-building plan (anchors, platforms).
15. Creating technical briefs (specs) for copywriters.

16. Creating technical briefs (specs) for developers and designers to implement changes.
