    Rivex Software is an outsourcing company founded by experienced developers. For over 5 years, we’ve been building production-ready web tools for advertising and workflow automation.

     

    We’re looking for a strong Middle Full-stack Developer to join an existing team and work on a real product — a platform for storing, managing, and uploading advertising creatives to multiple ad networks.

    You’ll work on an already launched system used daily by internal teams and clients, improve existing functionality, and help build new features.

     

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop and maintain backend and frontend parts of the platform (Node.js / NestJS, React)
    • Work with PostgreSQL and improve existing data models
    • Integrate external APIs (ad networks, analytics, internal services)
    • Develop frontend using React, Tailwind CSS, and TanStack Query
    • Refactor and improve existing codebase together with the team
    • Work with Google Cloud infrastructure (Cloud Run, related services)

     

    What we expect:

    • 4+ years of commercial experience in web development
    • Confident experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL in production
    • Solid frontend experience with React and modern data/state management
    • Good knowledge of TypeScript and modern web application architecture
    • Ability to work independently on tasks and collaborate within a team
    • English at an Intermediate level or higher

     

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with Google Cloud Platform
    • Experience working on long-living products

    We are looking for a part-time UI/UX Designer (at least middle level) to help improve the user experience and visual quality of an existing web product for storage and automation of creative asset uploads (videos, playable ads, endcards).

     

    The product is already live and used in production. The main focus of this role is improving existing interfaces, providing UX recommendations, and creating mockups for new UI elements and small features.

     

    Work format

    • Part-time, 40–60 hours per month
    • Remote

    Responsibilities

    • Review and analyze existing screens and user flows
    • Provide UX recommendations to improve current interfaces

    We’re looking for a part-time IT sourcing recruiter to work directly with a small but growing product/dev team. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing and initial screening. Not an HR generalist position.

     

    Work format
    • Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
    • Fully remote

    • Long-term collaboration (regular hiring, not a one-off task)

     

    Responsibilities
    • Active sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, other channels)
    • CV screening
