We're looking for a Head of SEO to own and scale our global organic acquisition strategy across multiple brands and GEOs — someone who thinks in business outcomes, not just rankings.
 

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute SEO strategy with direct impact on FTD, LTV, and GGR — not just traffic
• Build and lead high-performing teams across Product SEO, Technical SEO, Brand Protection, and Search Visibility
• Drive Product SEO initiatives in close collaboration with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Commercial
• Own technical SEO excellence: SSR, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and architecture
• Develop and enforce Brand Protection strategies across organic search and Google Ads
• Lead innovation in organic acquisition — SEO, AEO, GEO, and emerging search technologies
• Manage SEO budgets, planning, resource allocation, and executive reporting
• Set KPIs and performance frameworks that actually mean something

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• 3+ years leading SEO teams in iGaming
• 2+ years focused on Product SEO
• Experience in offshore iGaming environments
• Proven track record managing teams of 15+ specialists
• Strong business acumen: budgeting, planning, performance management
• Deep technical SEO expertise — SSR, Schema Markup, Crawl Optimization, Website Architecture, Core Web Vitals
• Data-driven mindset with strong command of SEO and BI tools
• Experience across multiple brands and international markets
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop products across multiple brands and GEOs;
• Analyze user behavior, product funnels, and key business metrics;
• Identify product opportunities and bottlenecks through data, user research, and competitor analysis;
• Generate, validate, and prioritize product ideas that improve user experience and business results;
• Own initiatives from problem definition and requirements to release and post-launch analysis;
• Prepare clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories;
• Coordinate releases, identify blockers, and ensure tasks move forward;
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, Design, Content, and Technical teams;
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, including experience in iGaming;
• Strong understanding of online casino and/or sportsbook products, user journeys, and key metrics;
• Data-driven approach and experience evaluating product decisions through metrics, A/B tests, or alternative measurement methods;
• Strong ownership and ability to independently drive initiatives and remove blockers;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment with multiple priorities;
• Strong technical understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, dependencies, and product constraints;
• Ability to turn user problems into pragmatic product solutions by balancing user value, technical feasibility, and implementation effort;
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication;
• English - Intermediate or higher.

We are looking for a  Senior SEO Specialist to join our team.
 

Job Description:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for product websites, satellite sites, and PBN networks.
• Conduct market and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities, define launch priorities, and drive projects toward measurable business results.
• Monitor rankings, algorithm updates, technical performance, and project risks, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits of large-scale and SPA-based websites and prepare clear technical specifications for developers.
• Develop content strategies and provide actionable recommendations to the content team.
• Build internal and external linking strategies and create anchor plans for SEO projects.
• Define and track SEO KPIs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Use tools such as SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Similarweb to evaluate performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Content, and other teams to ensure end-to-end implementation of SEO initiatives.
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, including at least 2 years in iGaming or other highly competitive niches.
• Strong expertise in grey- and black-hat SEO, supported by successful cases involving PBNs, cloaking, and other non-standard promotion techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex SEO projects simultaneously without compromising quality or delivery speed.
• Strong experience handling domain blocks, including developing mitigation strategies and successfully migrating projects to mirrors or new domains in restricted GEOs.
• Hands-on experience with SPA websites and related SEO challenges, including SSR and pre-rendering.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to conduct comprehensive technical audits and prepare precise optimization requirements for developers.
• Proven ability to rank projects for high-value keywords in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of international SEO, GEO-specific SERPs, and search engine behavior across different markets.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives, make independent decisions, and adapt quickly to algorithm changes.
• Strong communication skills in Ukrainian or Russian for effective internal collaboration.
   

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience setting up and launching websites on WordPress.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify non-obvious SEO opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the price-quality relationship when evaluating backlinks and domains.

We are looking for a PSP Financial Analyst to join our team and take ownership of financial control across payment providers.

This role combines finance operations, reconciliation, and analytical work. It is a good fit for someone who can work independently, communicate with providers and internal teams, investigate financial discrepancies, and turn insights into practical recommendations for process and cost optimization.
 

Job Description:

• Manage communication and relationships with payment providers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms;
• Analyze exchange rates, fees, and contract terms to identify opportunities for cost optimization;
• Monitor and manage company account balances across various payment systems;
• Control provider costs, fees, exchange rates, and rolling reserves, ensuring they are aligned with internal benchmarks;
• Ensure timely processing of player payouts and company withdrawals;
• Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues;
• Reconcile transaction turnovers with provider statements and investigate discrepancies;
• Maintain and update documentation for payment-related procedures.
   

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in finance, finance operations, payment operations, reconciliation, or financial analysis;
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience working with large datasets;
• Experience with financial data reconciliation, balance control, provider statements, transaction turnovers, or regular financial reporting;
• Understanding of basic financial processes, cost control, and management accounting principles;
• Ability to identify discrepancies in financial data, investigate root causes, and suggest solutions;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership;
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to changes;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external providers;

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end analytical and reporting solutions: from business request clarification to data investigation, dashboard delivery, validation, and further optimization;
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated reports and Tableau dashboards for business, product, marketing, and regional teams;
• Monitor data quality by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reports, dashboards, and reporting layers;
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across data sources, dashboards, and business metrics;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success criteria, align metric logic, and ensure correct interpretation of data;
• Analyze product and marketing performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities;
• Analyze traffic efficiency, including ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, and funnel performance, to support data-driven decision-making;

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, product analytics, marketing analytics, or business analytics;
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau: dashboard development, optimization, data source management, and performance improvement;
• Advanced SQL skills: ability to write complex analytical queries, work with multiple data sources, optimize queries, and validate data logic;
• Strong understanding of business, product, or marketing metrics: ROI, LTV, conversion, retention, funnels, traffic quality, and performance dynamics;
• Experience in translating business problems into analytical solutions and clear recommendations;
• Strong data quality mindset: attention to metric logic, consistency, accuracy, and reliability;
• Experience working directly with stakeholders: requirements gathering, expectation management, presenting results, and explaining insights;
