Business Development Manager (Upwork)

Rifbar is looking for a Business Development Manager to find new projects on Upwork, communicate with potential clients, and bring new projects to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant projects and potential clients on Upwork.
• Analyze project requirements and select relevant opportunities.
• Prepare and send personalized proposals.
• Communicate with potential clients and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct initial negotiations regarding project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Follow up with leads and move them through the sales process.
• Maintain information about leads, proposals, and negotiations.
• Track key Upwork and sales metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
• Practical experience with Upwork.
• English — B2 or higher. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write clear and personalized proposals.
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with international clients.
• Experience in IT, digital marketing, creative, or advertising agencies.
• Proven results in winning projects through Upwork.
