Qualifications
- At least 7 years working as a Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on the Back-End;
- 2-3 years of experience in the digital advertising ecosystem and at least 1 year of experience in Ad-tech;
- Experience with Client-side frameworks, preferably ReactJS;
- Experience with Server-side development in PHP(Laravel)/Python;
- Experience with databases PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis;
- Experience with Git source control;
- Experience with production deployments, DevOps, and CI/CD;
- Passion for code craftsmanship;
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking;
- Excellent analytical and time management skills;
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude;
- Good command of English language.

About the Job:
We’re looking for a motivated professional System Administrator/DevOps who is responsible for the maintenance of workstations remotely, CI/CD, and other automated processes that have been established by the current team if you love to bring standardization and scalability to the next level.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure for global web projects.
- Implement robust application security, performance optimization, and load balancing.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance via HelpDesk for distributed team members.
- Monitor information security and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Manage and enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Docker.
- Proficiency in administering web servers (Nginx, Apache, PHP, Selenium).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP).
- Solid understanding of databases and caching systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, NewRelic, etc.).
- Proven expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines.
