    About the Job:

    We’re looking for a motivated professional System Administrator/DevOps who is responsible for the maintenance of workstations remotely, CI/CD, and other automated processes that have been established by the current team if you love to bring standardization and scalability to the next level.

     

    Your Main Responsibilities:

    • Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure for global web projects.
    • Implement robust application security, performance optimization, and load balancing.
    • Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance via HelpDesk for distributed team members.
    • Monitor information security and ensure compliance with best practices.
    • Manage and enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

     

    Our Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Docker.
    • Proficiency in administering web servers (Nginx, Apache, PHP, Selenium).
    • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP).
    • Solid understanding of databases and caching systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, NewRelic, etc.).
    • Proven expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience with log management solutions (Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
    • Experience with VPN protocols (OpenVPN, WireGuard).
    • Experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake is a plus.

    We are now looking for a Unity Middle Developer to join our team and help us build successful and engaging games for WebGL. If you are excited about creating playful experiences, optimizing performance, and working with a team of professionals who love what they do, we’d love to meet you!

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop gameplay, progression systems, customization features, and user interfaces;
    • Optimize games for WebGL (asset loading, performance, memory management);
    • Design and maintain project architecture (SOLID, design patterns);
    • Develop and support internal tools, editor extensions, and pipelines.
    • Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and plug-ins;
    • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
    • Write unit and integration tests for core systems;
    • Collaborate closely with product and creative teams.

     

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of commercial experience with Unity and C#;
    • Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, state machines);
    • Experience with dependency injection and reactive programming (Zenject, UniRx);
    • Experience in WebGL development with focus on optimization and loading strategies;
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • UI (Canvas, adaptive layouts),
      • Animator, Particle System, Physics 2D/3D,
      • Profiling and optimization (Profiler, Atlas, batching, AssetBundles/Addressables),
      • Unity Editor Extensions, Unity Package Manager.
    • Experience integrating third-party libraries, SDKs, and plug-ins;
    • Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows;
    • Ability to estimate tasks and take ownership of feature delivery

     

    Nice to Have

    • Knowledge of Behaviour Trees, DOTween;
    • Basic understanding of CI/CD and automated build pipelines (e.g., Unity Cloud Build);
    • Experience with game analytics tools (GameAnalytics, Firebase);
    • Mentorship skills and willingness to share knowledge within the team.
