We are looking for an AdOps / Account Manager / Business Development specialist for project-based cooperation, who has a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the CTV / video ecosystem, and is comfortable working with clients in the European market.

- Hands-on experience with Programmatic ads (non-social)
- Strong understanding of CTV / Video / Display advertising
- Practical experience with DSPs / Ad servers
- Working knowledge of OpenRTB
- Understanding of VAST / VPAID
- Experience with AdTech platforms such as:
- Intelligent
- SmartHub
- or similar platforms
Nice to have:
- Experience with DV360
- The Trade Desk
- Amazon DSP
(The platform principles and ecosystem knowledge are more important than specific brands.)
Metrics you will work with:
Programmatic / AdTech:
- Fill rate
- CPM
- Delivery / pacing
- Campaign performance
Video / CTV:
- Video Completion Rate
- Reach
- Frequency
- Inventory delivery quality
Critical for this role:
- Ability to debug advertising campaigns
- Ability to optimize campaign delivery
- Ability to clearly explain to clients what is happening and why

Language requirement:
- English level: B1 or higher
